Superb Property

Fernando, the property owner welcomed us as if he was a family member. An outstanding host that thoroughly explained the property and was always available. Outstanding property, fully equipped with anything you may need for a larger gathering if needed. Beautiful rural property prepared for any inside or outside gathering and close to downtown Granada and especially the stunning Alhambra. We will attempt to stay here again if we visit Granada and will recommend to our friends.

Schöne Gegend zum Radfahren, das war unser Ziel mit 13 Personen. Sicherlich war die Besteigung des Pico Veleta (3396mtr) ein besonderes Erlebnis. Das Ausleihen von Rennrädern war in Granada möglich, wo die Fahrräder zum Standort geliefert wurden. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Erklärung. Die endgültige Lieferung bereitete sicherlich keine Probleme.

Es muy facil resumir la estancia en esta casa. Todo tal cual indica su propietario en la descripción

Es muy facil resumir la estancia en esta casa. Todo tal cual indica su propietario en la descripción de la casa. Un chalet inmenso, 5 dormitorios con camas y con colchones en perfecto estado (lo que es de remarcar en algunas casas rurales). El comedor muy grande y bien equipado (si es cierto que el mobiliario es antiguo, pero toda la casa en su conjunto armoniza con él). Estuvimos en Semana Santa, por lo que no aprovechamos la piscina ni la barbacoa. Fuimos 4 familias con niños y la estancia fue inmejorable. Luego están las dos figuras de la Residencia: Rufo, un perro tan grande como tranquilo. Está suelto por el amplio recinto, pero si es necesario, lo puedes encerrar en su casa. Es inofensivo y le gusta jugar con todos los visitantes. La otra figura es Fernando, está atento a que no te falte de nada, leña para la estufa, naranjas y limones de regalo nada más entrar, un mapa, consejos de que visitar. Muy, muy recomendable para familias, pero para un grupo de amigos sin familia también. Sierra Nevada a 20' y Granada al ladito. Lo único que me decepcionó un poco es que el urbano pasa por última vez a las 23:30, por lo que no pudimos usarlo y evitar utilizar nuestros turismos. Por lo demás de 10.

We gathered our family for an amazing stay in Cenes de la Vega/Granada. We loved the house. Our grandchildren slept together in the room with 5 beds, and each couple also had a bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped - big fridge. The children picked lemons and oranges, saw pomegranates and olives growing, and enjoyed Rufo. We loved the experience of a small town; yet so convenient to the Alhambra and Granada's historic sights. Kids will always remember walking to the bakery each morning for fresh croissants. Thanks, Fernando, for your hospitality!!

Estuvimos 10 personas, para esquiar en Sierra Nevada y estuvimos muy bien, las habitaciones y el comedor son amplios, tal como aparecen en las fotos de internet. Está cerca de la parada del autobús para ir a Granada. Fernado (el dueño ) se portó muy bien, ofreciéndonos en todo momento ayuda para cualquier cosa. En fin es un lugar que recomiendo para grupos, que quieran pasar unos días agradables.

We had a lovely February week! The house is well situated in village Cenes De La Vega, with only a short drive to central Granada and the Alhambra, and 30 min to the Sierra Nevada ski resort. The village has several supermarkets, restaurants, shops, playgrounds and a nice walk by the river. The house was a bit cold the first night before we had heated it up, but nicely warm the rest of the week (even with sub zero temperatures some nights). Fernando was very helpful with adjusting the heating, changing gas tubes, etc. He was also very helpful with answering questions and giving out general tips. The kitchen was well equipped for running a household including several babies. Fernando had even brought an extra stroller, a baby feeding chair and a car seat. The beds were warm and comfortable and we slept very well. We can totally recommend this house!

Super endroit à l'abris des regards pour passer un magnifique séjour en famille. Mais à coté de ça, très proche du village où tout est disponible (10 min à pieds),donc grande facilité pour les courses. Villa très proche de Granada et de points stratégiques tel que l' Alhamra, centres commerciaux, .... La villa est super bien aménagée avec plus qu'il ne faut côté vaisselles, ustensiles, électroménagers,... Peut être juste un manque d'essuies de bain et de toilette...

Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’être super bien accueilli par le propriétaire, Fernando, une personne très chaleureuse et disponible si besoin. Nous sommes arrivés dans une grande et belle maison, idéale pour se retrouver en famille dans un endroit calme et reposant. Tout était propre avec des chambres spacieuses et des lits très confortables, au milieu d’un beau et grand jardin très bien entretenu. Pas de problème de stationnement de voiture. Cette propriété se situe à proximité du centre du village avec possibilité de prendre le bus pour se rendre à Grenade. Très bel endroit et très pratique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et en garderons des souvenirs inoubliables.

Desde el primer momento que llamas a Fernando te sientes totalmente atendido. te explica todo al det

Desde el primer momento que llamas a Fernando te sientes totalmente atendido. te explica todo al detalle, te deja planos de granada, indicaciones, etc... la casa tiene más de 5 dormitorios y hay habitaciones en las que hay 5 camas así que por camas no es...jejeje...y dentro tiene de todo, no te tienes que preocupar de nada: utensilios, sábanas, toallas...etc.... tiene un terreno privado alrededor enorme, es ideal para ir con niños pequeños (mi caso) disfrutaron mucho al aire libre corriendo por allí, viendo las gallinas y demás. fuimos 3 coches y los aparcas dentro así que perfecto. si te preocupa la ubicación o que esté lejos de granada, no es un problema: está situada en cenes de la vega (barrio creo de granda) la casa a unos 15 min en autobús urbano desde el centro de granada (línea 33), la parada de bus más cercana está como muchho a 200m (menos de 5 min andando) y pasa cada 10 minutos entre semana y 15 los findes (todo esto comprobado ya que nos movimos en autobús), con lo que te olvidas de ir en coche a granada y pagar por parking y demás historias. desde la casa se ve sierra nevada así que está cerquita. tiene un perro allí (rufo) pero no es una molestia ni mucho menos. recomiendo totalmente esta casa, Fernando nos hizo senir como en casa y te cuida todo detalle. además es de la zona y te da muchos consejos. gracias por estos días tan maravillosos, esperamos repetir, un saludo!!!!!!
