Beautifully located cottage with whirlpool and sauna as well as magnificent views of field area and the landscaped lake in Nr. Lyngby. After the lake was laid out in 2020, the house is located in the first parquet with a completely undisturbed view of the water. The cottage has an open kitchen in connection with the living room and dining area. The living room also has a wood burning stove and TV as well as Bluetooth speakers. In addition, there is a heat pump for cheap heating of the house. The house's bathroom has a whirlpool and sauna. Around the house there is a large terrace, part of which is covered. Here is both the possibility of sun or shade, as well as barbecue etc. The house is located on a 1512 m2 plot, so here is plenty of space for activities. The cottage has got charging stations for electric cars (type 2). Not for rent youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
