The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in downtown Denia, across the street from the port, where you can rent or charter a sailboat, yacht, or speedboat.
No need for a car! You can walk to everything you need: shops and boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacies, and—of course—cafés and restaurants that will make your mouth water. We suggest:

- Mena
Some of the best nightlife options can be found along Carrer de Loreto and Carrer de la Mar- just two blocks from your apartment.
Free and paid parking available both on the street and at nearby parking lots/garages.
Getting Around:
For a perfect Denia vacation, you can very well do without a car. But you may choose to rent one or call for a taxi if you’re venturing outside of town.
The apartment is about one hour by car from the two closest airports:
Alicante/Elche Airport (100 km)
Valencia/Manises Airport (110 km)
It’s just two blocks from the train station, and within walking distance to the bus station.
You’re right across from Denia’s Port, which has ferry connections to Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, Formentera and San Antonio.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an extra fee, depending on availability.
Please get in touch with the local contact at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival to coordinate a meet-up time for check-in. There are NO CHECK-INS after 10 pm. Please consider this when making your travel arrangements.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- If you're booking from a channel where we handle payments, you'll be charged a security deposit of €300 EUROS which will be refunded after your check-out accordingly (service fees may apply)
For long-term stays (28 nights and more) Electricity is not included. An extra charge of 100€ per month will be charged
For long-term stays (28 nights or more) guests will be charged an extra fee of 50€ per week (excluding the last week) for mandatory mid-week cleaning. This will be scheduled with the guests during their stay.
