Great time celebrating birthday

Wonderful location, right on the water/beach. Property was great, condo had everything we needed. Loved the balcony with ocean/beach view.

Our observations

Property was clean and had a nice view. The furnishings were dated and some of the outlets were not working. Utensils were lacking, no spatula etc. This property needs a major upgrade! Would not stay there again definitely a step down from properties we have rented n the past.

Not the Best

1.We were not allow to use all the hot tubs even through no one was useing them because some are for owners only 2. The very small condo only had two forks, and very little coooking items to work with, no dish washing soap, no hand soap, only four towells, no working phone. 3. Took a show, gave my son a bath then a water pipe from the bottom of the bathroom floor started flooding-it smelled like mold with poop. We had to changes rooms at 9pm 4 The Pool not always heated and if the were they are still cold 5. If you want something like ping pong you have to go to front guard security at the gate...things are not in rec room. Overall was not impressived, should have should home.

I want to thank you first of all for sending a review this way I can follow up on all the details that you mention, regarding the pool and hot tub yes the owners have their own, and the other ones are for guests, I will talk to the HOA so they are aware of that the situation regarding the pool and hot tub not being hot for the guests to enjoy on the items to use for the recreation yes is necessary to ask the security guards this way they don't go missing unfortunately not every guest takes care of them. Regarding the condominium issues I will talk to the owner to make sure that we have the necessary items for our next guests. I will as well like for you to give us another chance to make it up to you, I can offer you a 20% discount on your next reservation. The room was very clean, the resort was wonderful, beautiful, with very friendly staff, good amenities, the host was very helpful and responsive, and the unit itself was cute, but very minimal. These type of condos are often times very well stocked with non-stick spray, salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar etc, but this one was not. We could not find any paper/pens/pencils, garbage bags, kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies or a broom/dustpan. The washing machine was very small and smelled like sewage. The pull out bed had no sheets or blankets, and there were no extra sheets to be found in any of the closets. The King bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable with flat and lumpy pillows. The blinds had some broken slats and no curtains, so the bedroom got very bright as soon as the sun was up. The thermostat shut off at some point in the night, letting it get very hot in the unit and the refrigerator was very loud. The shower curtain did not reach below the lip in the walk in shower so taking a shower absolutely soaked the floor in the bathroom, which is a fall hazard. A bit expensive for such a sparsely stocked place.

Beach Time

We had a lovely time. The place was very clean, there is a nice restaurant on site. Friendly staff. The view is great. We enjoyed watching the sea from the living room and patio.
