Perfect!

We stayed for the weekend and the location of the apartment was perfect for bars/restaurants which were only a short walk away. The complex was quiet, the gardens well maintained and sunbeds were provided around the pools. The apartment was very clean, good mattresses on the beds and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return again!

Fantastic apartment with beautiful views, catching the sun all day long. It's modern, welcoming and clean. We loved it and didn't want to leave. Our only gripe, and it's a very small one, is that it would benefit from a parasol and some more modern comfy outdoor furniture .

Nice and quiet time of year easy to get sunbeds and no fighting over tables in restaurants. Port area lovely as ever Been for several years. Disappointed to have workman on site painting and we were not told beforehand. Also showers in apartment very poor. Apartment Needs a bit of updating.

Great place, great location

Light, airy, well furnished. Direct access to the beach, few minutes walk to the marina. Allocated parking space Parked the car outside block 5 initially. We couldn't find apartment from the ground floor entrance took lots of wrong turns to get to block 8. Glad we didn't have the luggage with us! After few days we worked out which doors to use to get in/out. Struggled to find the allocated parking space in the underground garage

Overall we had an excellent trip. Location of the apartment was excellent with beautiful views. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all amenities on hand. Would definitely stay again! I think the outdoor furniture could do with an upgrade.

A lovely property and fabulous location

It was our 3rd visit to Puerto de la Duquesa and it didn’t disappoint. The property was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, The pools are lovely and there were always plenty of sun loungers and the premises are kept very well, The local area is lovely with great bars and restaurants there is plenty there. We went to the local lidl for supplies which was really convenient however the local store was great for anything else we needed while we were there. Overall a great place to go

Lovely Holiday !

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, so much so we have booked to return next year. It's very well equipped and furnished. The sunny balcony is a real bonus with fabulous views of both the pools and the beach. Duquesa Estates were helpful and sorted any queries out quickly.

Good location, top floor balcony lovely views of the pools & beach. Appartment clean and tidy well equipped. Pleased to see life guards at the pools and on the beach. There could be a notice board with local information on for guest's in the grounds/by exit gates.

Location of the apartment couldn't be better. Easy access to the Marina and local restaurants and bars. Great balcony and amazing sea views. Fantastic range of UK TV stations including SKY and BT sports and movies
