Wonderful Location and Great Service

The apartment was spacious, right in the downtown with everything close and a dedicated parking spot. The interaction with cadiz4rentals was spectacular and efficient. The cleaners of the apartment need to pay a little more attention to detail. I traveled as a single male so I was not bothered but general cleanliness needs improvement. For example, I found a used condom on the floor by the bed. Had I brought my family, this would have set my wife off immediately. The shower fixtures need updating or need to be decalcified as there was only a little bit of water coming out of the shower. Around day 9, the water heater stopped giving hot water for more than a couple minutes. I thought it was an issue with the water heater but by the last morning as I was leaving I could not even take a shower because it was not providing any hot water. I kept trying to relight the pilot in the water heater but it turns out the gas to the house had either been turned off or had lost too much pressure as the stove would not work either. This should be evaluated prior to renting out again.

Limpieza deficiente

Alojamiento amplio, y bien ubicado Hace falta un cambio de colchones, de lavadora, de frigorífico, de sofá y de ropa de cama. La limpieza es deficiente, a lo mejor eliminando cachivaches inútiles del apartamento el personal de limpieza emplea mejor el tiempo. El aspecto que produce abrir una cama y encontrarse las sábanas arrugadas es de suciedad y de falta de higiene y más en tiempos de COVID donde un planchado elimina bacterias.
