Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in Sanremo

Das Apartement ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf Sanremo samt des italienischen Flairs. Nur die Parksituation stellte sich als sehr kompliziert dar. Hier wäre eine umfangreichere Information im Vorfeld hilfreich gewesen.

Nice apartement for two

I was there with my partner and we had a good time. The location is really nice, directly in the center of San Remo with a lot of good restaurants nearby. The roof was nice with a good view. Just the stairs are really exhausting. It's in the 4th/5th floor and the staircase was narrow. But if you go up two times a day you really deserve your dinner. The beach is also only 5 minutes away.

Grazie per la tua recensione Simon. Purtroppo il problema della mancanza di acqua è accaduto a causa di un guasto all'acquedotto comunale e non a un problema dell'appartamento. Ad ogni modo è stato un piacere ospitarti e non vediamo l'ora di farlo nuovamente. Alessio

Super Appartment aber quälend langer Aufstieg

Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist in jeder Hinsicht top! Es gab alles was man zum selbst bedienen braucht, sogar Backpapier! Besonders praktisch waren die Waschmaschine und die Mikrowelle. Dazu gibt es in beiden Zimmern Ventilatoren, so dass es auch ohne Klima angenehm ist. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr stilvoll und hübsch eingerichtet! - Meine Eltern, mein Freund und ich waren begeistert! Das highlight direkt über der Wohnung ist die süße kleine Dachterrasse mit einem Wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer, einfach Atemberaubend! "Nur" vier Sterne gibts wegen zwei kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten, die nicht das Innere der Wohnung betreffen. Erstens war die Anfahrt mit dem Auto mittels Navi ein wenig chaotisch und stressig, da der vereinbarte Treffpunkt in einer Fußgängerzone liegt und unmittelbar daneben jeden Samstag ein großer Markt stattfindet - die Straßen sind überfüllt von Autos, Rollern und Menschen, die willkürlich rumlaufen ohne auf den Verkehr zu achten. Es ist deswegen zu empfehlen das Auto ein paar hundert Meter in der Nähe des Treffpunkts abzustellen und mit dem Navi einfach zum Treffpunkt zu laufen. Und zweitens ist die Lage der Wohnung nichts für Ältere, oder Menschen mit Rücken-/Knieproblemen. Bis zur Wohnung ganz nach oben führen ganze 72 ziemlich hohe und kurze Steinstufen durch einen engen Treppenhaus! Kleine Kinder sollte man auch fest an der Hand halten. Das Fazit lautet also - für junge fitte Paare oder Grüppchen von Freunden, ist das Apartment in jeder Hinsicht perfekt zum günstig Urlaub machen!
