Casa di Patrick is located in Costarainera historical centre. A complete renovation combines original vaults and stone walls with a fascinating modern architectural design. A rooftop terrace offers stunning views and is ideal for sunbathing. From the ground floor a wide staircase leads to the first floor. Apartment is a dream!

The ground floor consists of two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor consists of a dining room that opens on one side to a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and on the other side to a modern, well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a nice window with sea view. An adjacent bathroom is also available.

The third floor offers a panoramic terrace (ideal for sunbathing) with a 180° panoramic view of Costarainera and the Mediterranean Sea.

The accommodation is fully equipped! We offer to our customers: air conditioning and heating, wi-fi internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchenette!

Pets are not allowed in this apartment. We recommend you to park your car at the free car parking 200 meters away.

Ursprüngliche, Detailverliebte Ferienwohnung für alle, die das typisch italienische lieben

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Check-In/out lief problemlos und der Vermieter hat sich auf unsere Zeiten einstellen können. Die Wohnung ist trotz der Enge eines typischen Hauses in Ligurien großzügig. Sie ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und man konnte problemlos kochen. Die schöne Lage direkt in Costaraniera war toll. Wer es einsam möchte sollte jedoch auf andere Wohnungen zurückgreifen, da man mitten im Dorf ist. Was aber mehr als charmant ist und immer zu einem Spaziergang einlädt. Kleinere Probleme hatten wir immer mal mit dem Strom. Da musste die Sicherung bei Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine manchmal wieder reingemacht werden. Wenn es nicht zu heiß ist, dann schafft man den Weg über die Olivenhaine auf dem Wanderweg in 30-40 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto schnell in San Lorenzo al Mare. Die Parkplatzsuche ist allerdings eine gewisse Herausforderung. Allesin allem haben wir uns extrem wohlgefühlt und der abendliche Blick von der Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gern wieder! problemlos kochen.

Wunderschönes Objekt in bester Lage

Liebevoll und detailreich saniertes Objekt inmitten des reizenden Bergdorfes mit traumhaftem Ausblick von der Dachterrasse aus über das Meer und die Dächer von Costarainera und nachts in den Sternenhimmel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für eine gelungene Auszeit benötigt wird und in sehr gutem Zustand. Traumhafte Umgebung mit zahlreichen Ausflugszielen: sowohl am Meer, als auch in den Bergen bis nach Frankreich. Leider ging eine Woche hier viel zu schnell vorbei. Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur angenehm und unkompliziert.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Super Unterkunft in einem alten Haus, frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Toller Charakter mitten in einem Bergdorf mit Blick auf das Meer. Strände sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, Parkplätze im Dorf gibt es reichlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
