Asiento del Río Pruna by Ruralidays

Holiday home north of Pruna, province of Seville, Andalucia.

This considerable country house provides up to 17 people with a quiet place to enjoy their holidays, in the splendid setting of the Sevillan province. Moreover, the rustic decoration and rural vibes that envelop the property ensure a stay in an authentic environment.

The two floors are decorated with wooden furniture, wooden beams and terracotta floors. The ground floor features a 36-sq-mt living room and a 20-sq-mt independent kitchen with a dining table, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed.

Upstairs, you will find the other five bedrooms. Two of them are also equipped with a double bed each; one is furnished with a double bed and a single bed; the fourth bedroom features three single beds, whereas in the last bedroom, you will find two bunk beds and one single bed. Therefore, up to 17 people can accommodate here and spend their holidays enveloped by the rustic atmosphere of the house. Another bathroom with a shower is available in the house.

Air-con is available in two double bedrooms on the first floor; this floor is also provided with a wood-burning stove that warms up all the rooms on this level.

Outside, the 50-sq-mt front yard features a lovely porch with an area for "al fresco" dining; another dining space is available in the split-level backyard, which also is 50 square metres wide. Here, you will also find a private pool overlooking the cultivated field and smooth hills that envelop the house.

The house that's located in the same plot as the holiday rental is where the keeper of the field lives. However, despite him being at your disposal in case you need something, you will have exclusive use of both the holiday rental and the outdoor spaces (thus including the swimming pool, patio and porch).

The access to the holiday home is possible via a 500-mt dirt track.

We loved the location of the property, the views, and the local village. The outside space and pool were lovely. We were fortunate to take part in the once yearly village festival. Anthony was welcoming and helpful and we found lots of places to visit and enjoy.
