CIVICO 62 is located on the provincial road connecting Pratola Peligna to Sulmona (6.00 km); it is a brand-new apartment of approximately 50 square metres on the mezzanine level of a single-family home with a separate entrance. It features a large living area with a sleeper sofa, TV, and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also includes a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and washer-dryer.
Recently renovated, it features modern and functional furnishings.
It is equipped with an independent boiler for hot water and traditional heating with cast-iron radiators. Ideal for every season of the year thanks to a functional air conditioning system with an inverter for both hot and cold air. Apartment No. 62 comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults plus one child (between the sofa bed in the living room, the double bedroom, and an optional additional camping cot for a child or infant). It is therefore ideal for families as well as groups of friends.

Lovely apartment with mountain views

The apartment was spotless and the kitchen very well-stocked with cooking implements. The owner, Antonio, was charming and very kind. We had a small problem on arrival and it was fixed quickly. This is a nice, modern flat with parking right outside the door or just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

Appartement confortable pour randos fabuleuses

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, propre, tres agreable, avec une bonne litterie. Pratola est un bon point de chute pour visiter les parcs nationaux des Abruzzes. L'appartement est plus spacieux que ne le laisse suggérer les photos.

È stato un piacere ospitare Vanessa e la sua amica e sono molto contento che si siano trovate bene state bene. Sono state perfette nel tenere la casa in ordine e pulita. Tranquille e gentilissime.
