Positive outweighs the negatives. Nice renovated rooms. Very spacious and roomy. However. I was disappointed to learn upon arrival the pool was closed due to construction. If I had of known this I wouldn’t have stayed. We had small children that really love swimming in a pool. Beach was very nice and overall we worked through the inconvenience of pool situation.
We were able to shorten our usually 7 day stay to just 3 nights, thanks to the flexibility and understanding of the property mgr and owners due to the hurricane recovery efforts taking place on the beach and on the property. We had an excellent. Condo was comfortable for 5 adults and well stocked.
What an amazing location to spend the Christmas break at. It was quiet enough to be relaxing and busy enough to have things to do and be entertained. The check in process was great and the picture don't do the house or sunset justice. We will be back again soon.
Great property with an amazing view! We were a little surprised that a property for 8 had five beach towels and four beach chairs; the umbrella was broken as well. Check In/ Out was easy and we were able to occupy the unit early upon arrival!
Our condo in Indian Shores was perfect with everything we could possibly need. The balcony overlooking the beach was wonderful!
We hope to be back next year!
Let me start by saying the location and beach were fantastic. Just beautiful. Lots of towels and beach chairs too. All that is 5 out of 5. Now I’ll give you the sad truths. The room had many problems. The door lock was only working some of the time ( we were there for 4 nites ) and when it finally stopped working all together. it was 50 minutes to get a new key delivered. (All our groceries were shot ) Inside the place wasn’t too much better. Cleaning up after dinner, the disposal turned on and then wouldn’t shut off. We had to shut it off at the breaker, which shut off power to other rooms. We understand that there have been problems since the hurricanes, Our specific problems were not a result of that at all.
We loved our stay at this place. It was so close to the beach and we saw dolphins out the window!
I wish there had been extra blankets in the room. We had 7 women, all with different body temperatures, so extra blankets would have been helpful
I love this beach. The room was not very clean, the towels were still dirty and there was sand in the beds. But the room was nice and we would stay here again!
We had a great time. The condo was stocked well with everything you need, even beach towels and beach toys. the condo is steps from the beach which is great when having kids. The furnishings were a little out dated and the couch was torn in spots but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
We loved the location. The condo was nice. Could use a little tlc. Balcony door was super hard to open. The wifi did not work to well. We actually had to turn our wifi off to get stuff to send. Overall a nice condo and very spacious.
You couldn't ask for a better beach location. Literally steps from the beach. Kind of an older building, but clean. There could be some easy things fixed, like the towel rod in one of the bathrooms falling off of the wall. The toilets stopped flushing the day we got there, but someone came out and fixed it very quickly. Parking is a nightmare, but I don't really think there is anything that can be done about that. It seems like every condo on this street would have the same problem. We were aware of this before we came. Pool is nice, with clean bathrooms. Shower station is right inside the gate to the beach, and when you enter the pool area. With this property, you're really paying for location. We were able to walk to putt putt and dinner very easily. (Salt Rock Grille is fire). We would definitely stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Great location, okay unit.
Bad news first: The overall building maintenance was poor. During our stay the elevator broke, the locked access to the beach was broken, the door to the north stairs was broken so we had to walk to the far end of the building to get in since the elevator was broken. Parking was difficult. We had one reserved spot, but had trouble parking the second car as there were only a few guest spots. We had a lot of rain during our visit and the parking lot drainage was so poor that we had to wade through dirty, oily ankle deep water to get to our car. Our unit was fine. The furniture was shabby but clean. The unit was clean and had some beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys which we appreciated. It was nice to have a washer/dryer too.The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. It was a very spacious unit with a beautiful view.
