Holiday home in Antequera – La Higuera, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
Thanks to the privileged location of this holiday home, you can kick back and relax, surrounded by the quietness of the fields of palm trees, fruit trees, almond trees and olive trees that extend as far as the eye can see. You can also enjoy the spectacular views of the Torcal and the Sierra de las Nieves. The accommodation used to be a traditional Andalusian country house, which has been completely renovated by using the original building materials, thus keeping the most authentic rural atmosphere alive. In addition, the distinction "Tourism Quality Commitment" granted by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce of Spain to the house, guarantees professional competence, safety and quality so that your stay is one of the best you have ever had.
Inside the house, you are welcomed by a dining-living room with high ceilings and rustic furniture that ensures a cosy and laid-back ambience, heightened by the fireplace provided. From the living room, you can access one bedroom with one double bed (a few steps separate the two areas), and the independent kitchen. Another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower complete the distribution of the holiday home.
The house has central heating.
The split-level outdoor area is characterised by several terraces overlooking the spectacular panorama of the Sierra de las Nieves and the mountains that surround the whole property. You can choose to have a drink in shadowed or sun areas, depending on how you feel. Sunsets are also a touch of art, which you can rejoice in every day. A BBQ is hidden among the vegetation and the villa also welcomes a lovely private pool enveloped by a fence and palm trees that let you catch a glimpse of the mountains on the horizon. On the poolside sun loungers, you’ll enjoy long moments of sunbathing while reading a book or simply rest in the sunshine. In addition, the hedges and palm trees surrounding the private pool guarantee a high level of privacy throughout the year.
Not to mention that your stay in this home will help the environment, since the house is oriented to organic farming and the processing of its products (such as jams, fresh eggs, vegetables, almonds, virgin olive oil), in addition to the fact that the owners, who live in the plot, are committed to social projects, the responsible management of animals and the preservation of nature.
