Beautifully updated, this home is decorated in a coastal theme and features a fully updated kitchen with solid surface counter tops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast nook. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an en suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower and best of all........a rooftop deck complete with outdoor furniture, and a stainless steel grill. At night, sit and enjoy watching the sunset over the #1 rated Siesta Key beach as you enjoy the tropical breezes and plan your next days adventures. During the day, take advantage of being within walking distance to the beach and all the shopping and dining that Siesta Key Village offers or take the short drive over the bridge into Sarasota for even more activities during your vacation. This Pet friendly home is the perfect place for your next family gathering. If the rest of the family is coming, you can also rent Unit B (VRBO# 1064659) which features another 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. NOTE: There is a $250 fee for up to 2 dogs. Must state you are bringing a pet at time of inquiry/booking. An additional $100 will be charged if not notified about pet. The canal and pool area is a shared space with the other Unit. The Units are attached, but have separate private entrances, and are private! There are no shared walls to any rooms of the Units. For guest safety, there are outside security cameras, including the pool area. This Unit is smoke free. No smoking is permitted inside the Unit. Enjoy your stay!! :-)

Note: The pool temperature is dependent and subject to the outside temperature during the cooler months in Florida. When the temperature dips into the low 60’s and below during the evening, the pool may not get up to a comfortable temperature during the day.

We absolutely loved our stay at the siesta Key Village House. The best part was absolutely the proximity to the beach as well as the village. The house was exactly as defined on the website. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well appointed. The heated pool was refreshing and very enjoyable also.

Could not ask for a more beautiful place to visit. The beach is gorgeous and the town so charming. We enjoyed days at the beach and afterwards some time around the pool. We will most definitely come back here and stay again.

The place was great! It was comfortable and the pool was really nice. It was very close to Siesta Village but not noisy at all. It had everything I needed and I loved the rooftop deck! I'll come back.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The condo was perfect, the location to the village and the beach was perfect. The owners were very communicative and helpful, they even left us a gift for our anniversary. Neil and Robin left us the sweetest anniversary gift upon arrival. The pool is amazing. The location cannot be beat and the unit was superb. Bob and Bonnie were also incredibly responsive and sweet as could be. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect location for Siesta Key stay

This place wins a great review due to its location. We only went out in our car when going to do some tours in Sarasota. And actually the Breeze trolley would have taken to some places. We used the trolley to travel anytime we didn't want to walk in Siesta Key.The condo was small, but perfect for the two of us. There are 21 steps to go up to the huge bedroom with the deck off of it. We used the downstairs bedroom which has 2 twin beds more as a dressing room so left all our clothes and bathroom shower items there and only used the upstairs for sleeping. However, the ONLY down side of this place was that king size bed! It felt like you were rolling off the side, and like there was a hill in the middle. It was on the cooler side while we were there, so didn't use the pool. It was well maintained and beautiful. Same with the upper deck. The unit was well furnished with dishes, towels, soaps, etc. We don't care for the Keurig coffee machines, however they had a small 4 cup coffee maker like hotels have and it worked for us.

Great property in the perfect location!

This wonderful property with an amazing heated pool, is close to everything. Walking distance to the Village and beaches. It has everything you need for a fantastic Siesta Key vacation. The proximity to the north side of the Island allows for quick and easy access to Sarasota and beyond. We had a great experience with the owners and property manager. We highly recommend this property.

Great location with great amenities. They have considered all details such as pool and beach supplies. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. One note. As they warn upper deck is wood so be mindful walking in it. There are a few nails sticking up.

We LOVED this house! We have stayed at 6 different properties over the 14 years we have been coming to SK, this was by far the best all around experience! The house is great, location great and property mangers magnificent! They went over and beyond to attend to any issues that arose and Bob was a complete delight to chat with!
