Duplex renovated, situated in Sa Riera beach, 5 minutes drive to the center of Begur. Costa Brava
Capacity for 4 people, 2 bedrooms.
 On the upper floor there is the living room with access to a terrace with views to the sea, a fullly renovated littel open kitchen and a renovated  toilet and a staircase leading to an open loft
 Going down the stairs is accessed are  two double room, on this floor there is also a renovated bathroom with shower.  The apartment has a   parking outside the community. There are stairs to access the property and it is 450m from the beach of Sa Riera. 
The apartment is near two buildings that are being done in Sa Riera. From June 15 to September 15 it is not allowed to do works in Sa Riera, so the works will not cause any discomfort during these dates.
The apartment has Wifi
3G TV service and internet not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area.
