This spacious and bright 3 bedroom townhouse is located in the beach side complex of Mijas Playa Club, set in the wonderful town of La Cala de Mijas. The property is close to all the amenities of the town and only 100m from the sandy beach. The gated complex offers a communal swimming pool. There is street parking only. The accommodation offers free WIFI and air conditioning units in the lounge and bedrooms.

The ground floor offers an open-plan style lounge/kitchen with a large lounge area furnished with 2 sofas, TV and DVD. The lounge has access to the front, south facing terrace fitted with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a spacious dining area and the fully equipped kitchen leads out onto a large terrace . There is a guest toilet on this level.
Take the stairs up to the 2nd level and the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and enjoys an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath with overhead shower unit and a private terrace. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and also has a small private terrace. The 3rd bedroom is fitted with 3 single beds and enjoys a small balcony overlooking the community. These bedrooms share a shower room with walk in shower unit.
