This completely renovated spacious condo boasts two king suites, a gourmet kitchen, fabulous living and dining room, and an outdoor deck, all overlooking Kelowna's City Park and Okanagan Lake. Situated in the heart of downtown, all restaurants, marinas, boardwalk and beaches are at your fingertips. Whether you are on a romantic getaway, or a family vacation, this property promises to impress. Luxury is evident throughout this two bedroom, two bathroom unit. After an action packed day of wine tasting, golf, or fun at the beach, unwind with a glass of wine and watch the sun set from the cushy window seat overlooking the park, lake and marina. The people watching doesn't get any better than this top floor unit....private and tucked away, yet close to all the action. For the water enthusiast, there are water craft and paddle board rentals right outside the front lobby. The amenities outside the front door include outdoor basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. For families with young children, there is a fabulous water park and playground for the little ones, and a giant water park for older kids, and adults. Many restaurants are in close proximity should you wish to dine out. If you decide to eat in, the gourmet kitchen is well provisioned.

Fantastic property across from a park and the Lake front.This property worked really well for us and visiting family form UK for a 5 night stay.Able to walk everywhere and really close to everything we wanted to enjoy about Kelowna.

Absolutely stunning and it is all it is described to be. Diana is there for anything you need and all amenities are there and more. So convenient to everything and felt like a true home away from home. Definitely will stay there again when we visit Kelowna :)

A truly luxurious penthouse in downtown Kelowna. The views are stunning. Make sure you schedule time to just enjoy the apartment. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We will look to rent it in the future.

Ideally located at the Kelowna waterfront

Fabulous two bedroom condo with everything you would need for an active visit to Kelowna! Decorated exquisitely and fully-equiped Kitchen. Both beds were super comfortable especially after our busy days of hiking, cycling, swimming and exploring Kelowna & the Okanogan Valley. 18 minute taxi ride to our two favourites, Mission Hill and Quail’s Gate. Thanks Laura & Tracy for providing such amazing accommodation for our family of three adults!

A beautiful stay in every way!!!

This home was exquisite! It has the best location in Kelowna, and the best hosts we have ever experienced. We enjoyed everything about this place; it’s beautiful decor, it’s comfortable beds, the building with secured parking. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, beautiful parks, marinas, and beaches. One of our favorite things to do was sit on the lovely balcony with the comfortable couch and look at the mountains and watch the sunsets. Laura & Lois were wonderful; they were very kind and made things seamless. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you Laura & Lois for a beautiful stay in every way!

Family wedding

While the property is very well appointed and the location is wonderful, the cleaning crew needs to spend more time cleaning. There were A LOT of cobwebs, the baseboards were dirty, pendant lights over the island needed to be washed as they were very greasy and some of the plumbing needed attention as faucets and toilets needed to be tightened down. Paying a cleaning fee when the unit was lacking was disappointing.
