This Villa was beautiful with plenty of rooms for our family. The location was quiet and had an amazing view of Positano from the large balcony. The bedrooms had cold AC for comfortable evenings after the warm days climbing the steps of of the village.

Beautiful villa in perfect location

LOVED POSITANO and this perfect villa! We found one of the best restaurants 200 steps above our villa, good food, good people, good prices. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely villa in a great location

We traveled to Positano for a wedding and a group of us stayed un the house and it was amazing. The location was great and our friends stayed in the villa next door. Would 100% stay here again!

Great place & location

This house is perfect for a 6 person group. The views are incredible and the deck was our favorite part of the house. The bedrooms are simple but perfect for sleeping which is all we needed them for. The owners of the house were quick to respond to any questions and helped us arrange a car transport departure. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise in Positano

A remarkable property with beautiful verandas on both levels providing incredible views of the Amalfi Coast. We particularly enjoyed being able to see our property at various points around town, whether we were on the water, at the beach or just walking around exploring. Absolutely spectacular!

Amazing villa

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Francesca and Daniela were wonderful With communication and accommodation as this was our first trip to Positano. The villa was spacious, clean, perfect location and the highlight of all of the places we stayed in Italy. Thanks so much for making this a special family vacation for us! John and Heidi

Stunning views!

The spacious accommodations of this wonderful villa were only surmounted by the amazing views from its several terraces. We had three couples on this trip and plenty of space. Cute kitchen where we prepared many meals. The local contact, Mrs. Daniela was always available and very helpful. Don't let the steps intimidate you, the road winds to wherever you'd like to go.

Beautiful Positano

Lovely villa with beautiful views! Close to lots of restaurants, in the middle of Positano….,,lots of steps, be prepared. The villa managers always replied promptly with our inquiries. Daniella was there to great us when we arrived with our driver to bring us to the villa. We had a wonderful stay in Positano and look forward to returning some day❤️🇮🇹❤️

Positano villa

It says close to beach but it is a hike, with lots of steps, so I would not say that’s correct in description. It is spacious and comfortable, we did not spend a lot of time in the villa but its size was god for our family. It is old and I love that but with that comes odd smells and allergies sometimes. Overall, it was a great trip.

Amazing view

A good choice of restaurants nearby. Spacious rooms, large terrace. Quite small kitchen and bathrooms. Some misunderstandings with the contact person at arrival and during the stay but great help from Italian exclusive villa’s who sorted out. IEV also provided us with good recommendations for guides and drivers!

Wonderful Stay with a Beautiful View!

This property is as good as the pictures! We stayed for five days with our family of six, kids ages 17-24 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The highlights are the several balconies with beautiful views of Positano. Service was friendly, helpful and responsive. Kitchen is functional, bedrooms are large. Bathrooms and showers are a little tight and beds a little firm for us, but they wouldn't deter us from staying here again. We highly recommend it!

Positano Villa

We just returned from five amazing days in Positano. The communication from start to finish was superb. There was always an immediate response to my many questions with Francesca, Simonetta and I can not forget, my new favorite Italian friend, Mrs. Daniela. She took extra time to explain everything to me!! She is wonderful!! The location is nice because the views are spectacular and there are great restaurants nearby. You can also walk to the main strip for shopping, beach and more great food!! This is a great villa for couples or a family.

Great space and gorgeous view!

Spent six nights here and would recommend this home for a group visit to Positano. We are three couples and enjoyed the large bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs) and two baths. The spacious patio outside looking over the town and sea was fantastic for meals, hanging out and soaking up the sun. We got lots of exercise walking up and down the stairs to the town (that you would have anywhere staying in Positano) so we could enjoy all the wonderful food and drink options Positano offers without guilt! Miss Daniella was so sweet, friendly and responsive. (She checked us in and out, was our main contact during our stay and cleaned our house twice during the six days). Francesca and Simonetta were so helpful in booking excursions for us and helping us switch around our itinerary (we had some unfortunate and uncharacteristically bad weather for May) and were very responsive. The villa was clean and well stocked. A great value in Positano!

Great Location but price was misrepresented

This is a great property. Not quite in town but right at key bus stop. Beautiful views of north Positano, a huge terrace, very comfortably sized for 2 couples, bedrooms a nice sized with great beds and linen, bathrooms and showers are very small. There is 87 steps from road to the house. Positano is all built on a cliff and this place is not at very top but its 2/3rds up. The big problem is what was quoted in VRBO for weeks stay and what we were changed. Before leaving on our trip, I called VRBO, and wrote the property manager about the discrepancy. Nothing was done. Once we got to property and showed information, we were told what we were charged was correct. That was $700 more than the quote ($100 more/day). This did not make for a happy customer…VRBO never stepped in. Buyer beware!!!

We recently stayed at this property and were blown away by the stunning views - truly one of the highlights of our trip. The home's layout was also very thoughtful and spacious, and the outdoor living areas made it easy to relax and take in the scenery. Everything appeared well maintained on the surface, and the property has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by a persistent ant problem throughout the home. We found ants in the kitchen, the primary bedroom, living room, and even along the indoor stairwell. We contacted the property manager right away and we were told to use ant spray provided at the house. While we did our best, the ants returned daily, and it became a frustrating issue - especially considering the price point of 1000/night. We also noticed a previous review mentioning the same issue. The owner's public response was that they could have sent out a professional exterminator if they'd been informed - but in our case, we did inform them, and that didn't happen. So, it's disappointing that this ongoing issue hasn't been properly addressed. Overall, while the location and layout are exceptional, we can't recommend this property unless the ant problem is fully resolved. At this price level, guests deserve a pest-free stay.

Great views and plenty of room

This is a great Villa, plenty of space for a family of 5. Note, it is in upper Positano on the left side if your facing the town. It is 80 steps from the street and 450 from the beach, so you have to be prepared for that. There is a bus route nearby if you are able to figure out how to use that. Taxis are available, but not always easy to find. The outdoor spaces are terrific, Great lounge chairs on the upper level by the lemon tree. Note- there was a huge ant problem. You'd put food out for 5 minutes and ants attacked everything. It was consistent all week. So we didn't really use the kitchen much or cook. There is a market up the street about 30 yards, and take about 100 stairs up, turn right at the police station. That is an exhausting walk in the heat and to carry stuff back. Overall, beautiful views from the property.

Spectacular spacious villa with breathtaking views from every room and terrace.

From the moment we stepped through the gate, the views and spacious terraces of this lovely house took our breath away. We never wanted to leave. Located well away from the crowds but close enough to amenities, this place was perfect for our family of four although it could easily accommodate more.

Fantastic view and location

We loved this house and it was perfect for us! It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen for when we felt like cooking. The patios were expansive and stunning. I would absolutely stay here again! The manager was very responsive and helpful in pointing us in the direction of things to do and where to shop. We would all stay here again!

Gorgeous!

Positano was our last stop in Italy and it was perfect! We had gorgeous views and plenty of space. Most of our evenings were grabbing a pizza at the nearby restaurant's and just enjoying the patio and the views!! Definitely a lot of steps to get around Positano so my one suggestion is to stock up on food or wine and stay put!! This place has everything you need!

Lovely home

We loved this home. Great views, beautiful balconies and one of the few with a/c. There are a significant number of steps to get in bit that is the case everywhere in Positano. We would stay again.
