Ok…needs some refreshing though…..

Property is a bit run down. Some Furniture needs replacement…living room couch saggy, fuzzy pillows are old, vinyl on kitchen chairs is peeling. Floors need to be washed. Very limited supplies and pots/pans need to be replaced! On the good side….tv worked well, bathrooms were clean and the showers were great…very refreshing after a long day walking around London. Close to train station.

Rocky start but after communication it was fine

This apartment was in a good location with great parking out the front. When we arrived there was dirty towels and sheets in the machine and the apartment looked like all they had done was make beds. We found brown marks on doors and In the shower. We used disinfectant wipes to clean everywhere. We notified the agents and showed pictures. The next day they picked up the washing from inside the apartment after telling them specifically not to enter as I had deep cleaned all the areas. Obviously this message didn’t go to the cleaner as they came in anyway. After further raising this they apologized and the rest of our stay was great. The apartment itself was excellent I would just like them to improve the cleaning practices and be more aware of hygiene during Covid. On a positive note they allowed us to accommodate an extra guest for a couple of nights at an extra charge.

The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be arranged as a Super King with a clothes rack and drawers etc. The family bathroom comprises a full size walk in enclosed shower with sink and toilet.
Parking is at the front of the building.
Braywick Road is close to the station and also leads to the M4 spur so is fast and convenient to get to.
