Alpine Vista is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street.
Fully renovated in 2022 with vinyl wood flooring, granite kitchen counter tops, added office nook, recessed lighting in kitchen, remodeled bathrooms with walk-in showers, new furniture and mountain modern decor, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and fresh interior paint, this beautiful condo is a guest favorite!
The owners purchased this wonderful condo in 2022, and they invite you to enjoy staying in their newly renovated "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!
STUNNING VIEWS
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo balcony. The balcony has chairs and a small table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains.
2 BEDROOM / 2 FULL BATHROOM
Alpine Vista is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 1,000 square feet which sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include two queen beds in the master bedroom, one queen bed and a twin/twin bunk bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two full bathrooms. This charming mountain modern themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay.
WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, office nook and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals.
DINING AREA
The dining table seats six guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats two more.
COZY LIVING AREA
This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a queen sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs. From the living area, there is access to the balcony via a sliding glass door.
GUEST AMENITIES!
The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store!
ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING
Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking.
COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER
There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe.
COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL
Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort.
OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village.
TRASH ROOM
There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying.
ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS
There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.
THE NATIONAL FOREST
The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network
of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.
YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!
At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.
2024-2025 OVERNIGHT PARKING RATES:
Nov 1 - Apr 30 - $50/night
May 1 - Oct 31 - $30/night

The Village at Breckenridge has a daily resort fee of $27.50 per day. This will appear as a "property fee" upon booking.
