Had a lovely stay in this cottage.

Had a lovely stay in this cottage. Living area was comfy . There were places to hang clothes but no drawer space for underwear etc this was a bit of a let down , otherwise a lovely place to stay. Surrounding scenery was lovely. Would consider staying here again .

Had a nice quiet weekend with the dogs, first time we had been there.

Had a nice quiet weekend with the dogs, first time we had been there. Buildings and area very clean and cared for, everything you needed was in the cottage. It is in the countryside right next to a pub, excellent food and staff very helpful. Nothing on the site for children but plenty to see and do close by.Unfortunately there was abit of damage caused by previous holidaymakers, nothing major or otherwise it would have got an excellent ratings. Special thanks to the cottage staff who were excellent and very helpful.

Lovely stay but noisy pub at night let it down

Fantastic location near gorgeous countryside walks! Cottage is clean and spacious. We wanted a nice relaxing weekend but were told less than a week before our stay there was a function on at the pub on the Saturday night. It resulted in loud drunk people outside the cottage for a good hour till 1.30am which kept us awake and disturbed the dog. Some then stayed over so were loud again at 7am on the Sunday morning as they went from cottage to cottage. Unfortunately it has put us off staying there again... which is a shame as the cottage is lovely and the management were very helpful but the noise let it down.
