This modern 360 m² house (built in 2014) is divided into two parts.
One is the main villa: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is Wi-Fi
. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are provided around
the 10 x 5-meter swimming pool.

. The main villa features an 80-square-meter living area with modern furniture, a fireplace
, and a flat-screen satellite TV.
Each room has air conditioning.
The large Italian Boffi kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave,
dishwasher, coffee machine, plate warmer, and Quooker.
The dining area features a large table with 8 chairs.
There is also a guest bathroom and an utility room/laundry area.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed
, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
Large doors open onto a 45-square-meter terrace with comfortable sun loungers.
From here, you’ll enjoy complete privacy and a view of the entire bay.
The second bedroom has a double shower, toilet, and bidet.
There is also a walk-in closet.

The Guesthouse
On the ground floor, you’ll also find two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Both have their own bathroom.
Each room has air conditioning. There is Wi-Fi.
Downstairs is a large playroom with a shower, toilet, and laundry area.

In the 10,000 m² garden, you’ll find the swimming pool (10 x 5)
With sun loungers and umbrellas.
The garden features many wildflowers, vines, fruit trees, and olive trees.
Around the villa are several terraces, offering you the opportunity to enjoy both sun and shade.
Dine at the large table while enjoying the breathtaking view of the garden and the entire bay.
