Villa Öykü - Kalkan town centre villa
Villa Öyku is a lovely shiny new two-bedroom villa in the Kalkan Kiziltaş area with wonderful views over the bay. The villa features a spacious sun terrace with a swimming pool, lounging area, and BBQ. The rooftop terrace provides another lounging area and a jacuzzi bath where you can enjoy the panoramic vista as you soak.
The living area of this beautiful villa is on the ground floor. The floor to ceiling patio doors to the front of the building allows it to fill with light and provide wonderful sea views to the front. The area is open-plan with a fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen, dining suite, and lounge area with TV. There is also a shower room on this floor.
The two bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The master bedroom boasts wonderful sea views. The room has a circular bed and a walk-in closet as well as a jacuzzi bath and an ensuite shower bathroom. Next door is the twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
It is within walking distance down to the restaurants, cafes, and boutiques of Kalkan old town, the perfect location for a relaxing holiday.
