Infinity Bay is a beautiful resort property with a wonderful beach area. Breakfast buffet is also good. Great location and very clean and well maintained.

Great location. Very nice resort. Beaches are great

Great unit location. You can see the ocean from balcony but you are not right on the beach and can avoid the pool crowds and music West bay beaches are by far the best location on the island.

post mission trip

After spending 6 days in mainland Honduras serving on a mission trip we flew to Roatan for R&R. Infinity Bay was the place to be! In four days we snorkeled, zip lined, sloths, monkeys, macaws, night snorkel and parasailed. I felt safe in Roatan. Staff at Infinity Bay were helpful. I love to snorkel and Infinity Bay has prime snorkel reefs. Saw lots of amazing fish. Also enjoyed great restaurants along the beach.

Bathroom fans sounded horrible and need replaced. Living room furniture were very uncomfortable. No locks on the sliding doors. But location was nice, and staff were wonderful. We have stayed in many different units at Infinity Bay.

Thank you for bringing the bathroom fans and locks to our attention. We will look into that with Infinity Bay. I am sorry that you found the living room furniture uncomfortable. We purchased it through a good quality local furniture store a couple years ago as the old furniture needed to be replaced. So far we have no issues with it.

#605 is a great condo!

We just returned from our third trip to West Bay Beach/Infinity Bay. Melinda provided excellent customer service to ensure our kids' first trip to IB would be memorable for them. #605 is a perfect 2nd-story condo just steps away from pool, the Palapa Bar and West Bay Beach and reef snorkeling/diving. The unit was clean, in great condition and had everything our kids needed to enjoy the week. The condo was quiet every evening. We would recommend this condo to future guests ~ you can't go wrong with this one!
