Excellent experience for my husband’s birthday! The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Excellent location close to the main strip. We walked everywhere from the condo. There is a bit of a hill down to the main drag, but it wasn’t far and my family and I had no issue with it (kids age 5,7,9) Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place had everything we needed and we loved sitting on the balcony! We even saw a few bears!The only downside was that the elevator by the pool that took you to street level wasn’t operating. So plan on tackling the steep entrance ramp when you’re on foot.

Condo was beautiful and well equipped. Only bad thing was walk down drive to park or walk to downtown. Very steep, not for older people but owner did say she would reimburse us for parking. Which was very nice. Wonderful stay! Also had bears 3 out of the 4 days!

Wonderful, clean condo unit in a great location! If you're looking for a spot that's a very short walk to the Gatlinburg strip, this is perfect for you. My husband and I are retired. My husband was a vice president of Human Resources for major corporations. He grew up in Tucson, Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona. My background was in payroll and also Human Resources. We have 6 children and 13 grandchildren. (a lot). The picture you see above was taken in downtown Gatlinburg in the fall. Being a native Californian I must say my favorite season in Gatlinburg is the fall when the leaves are changing on the trees.

Why they chose this property

We purchased an investment in Crossville, Tennessee 7 years ago. We started visiting Crossville and made some friends in Knoxville that took us up to visit Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. They introduced us to several couples that own Condos at Summit Manor. We fell in love with the people from the South and also the town of Gatlinburg. To us it's a cross between Main Street/Disneyland and Nashville. We had the opportunity to purchase a Condo at Summit Manor and we jumped at it. We love to visit Gatlinburg and do so at least 4 times a year. We decided to rent our Condo out when we are not in town to give other people the opportunity to experience the town. We know you will fall in love with it just like us.

What makes this property unique

The elevator to get to the front door is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and our doorway is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair to make it easy to get through our front door. Restaurants, bars, entertainment, winter and summer activities, shops, Moonshine tastings and Wine tasting within minutes of the Condo.
