The villa is surrounded by sea and nature, equipped with parking area,
air conditioning in the rooms and it`s ideal for a family holiday or a
vacation with your friends in the most authentic Salento.

The luxury villa with swimming pool is an example of eco-friendly architecture and it`s harmoniously set like a jewel in the Mediterranean landscape. The big terraces are framed by the garden, which today is a nature protected area.

Villa La Mecca is on two floors, divided into two apartments with living room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.

The sleeping area of the first apartment (Ponente) consists of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It accommodates up to 6 guests and it has kitchen, dining area, living
room with two big terraces, one of which is covered and surrounded by
Mediterranean scrub, while the other is sunny and with view on the sea.

The second apartment (Levante) consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and
living room with kitchenette. It accommodates up to 4 guests. From the
living room you have access to a covered patio and various sunny
terraces which are furnished and with view on the sea.
The large
terraces are furnished with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for a
cook out under the stars. It is possible to park up to 3 cars in the
parking area, which is connected to the house by a staircase.

Villa
La Mecca, luxury villa with swimming pool and access to the sea, is a
beautiful property on the coastal street that connects Santa Maria di
Leuca and Novaglie, near the Ciolo, small and famous fjord on one of the
most beautiful Italian coastal areas. The villa is 3 kilometers away
from the centre of Gagliano del Capo, 4 kilometers away from Leuca and 5
kilometers away from Novaglie.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
