Lovely Apartment in the middle if Boca Grande

Apartment was clean upon our arrival and the caretaker Karen was friendly, very responsive, and helpfully during our stay. The Apartment is a smallish (all Colombian Apartments are) 2 bedroom with a balcony that offers fantastic views if the ocean, sunset, and the Old City. The property is well equiped and comfortable for short term stays. Close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. It really is situated nicely in Boca Grande. We have stayed at other properties in this building since 2008, as most if not all of the units in the Palmeto are vacation rentals the checking process can take some time and you may be asked to wait your turn as other guests are processed. On this occasion we waited about 30 minutes before it was our turn, other times it has been much longer. We enjoyed the apartment enough to book it again on our return.

Once again a smooth and comfortable stay

We stayed at this property a second time because the first time was comfortable and communication was perfect. It did not disappoint on our second stay, check in was actually a little smoother then the fist time. Thank you for your hospitality.
