The apartment enjoys a very nice South exposure. It ensures the sun from morning to evening with a clear view of the slopes as well as the ski area. Access by lift. Access to the skis from the residence.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a gym, a sauna and a hammam, at an additional cost. Upon prior reservation and depending on the dates of your stay.

Non conforme à l annonce
Cet appartement est annoncé comme étant refait à neuf alors qu’il présente de nombreuses anomalies. Il est également annoncé comme avoir une très belle exposition Sud avec du soleil du matin au soir, ce qui n’est absolument pas le cas. Voici une liste non exhaustive des problèmes identifiés lors de notre arrivée (voir les photos): - l'éclairage de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, ce qui nous a obligé à laisser la porte de celle-ci ouverte lorsque nous prenions des douches pour « capter » la lumière du hall d’éntrée. - la porte d’un des éléments de cuisine n’est plus en place - les portes coulissantes de l’armoire de rangement de la chambre ne sont plus en place (stockées à côté du lit) - l’affaissement du lit sur un côté - la plaque de cuisson est fissurée avec une réparation de fortune avec du gros scotch, - seuls 3 verres sont mis à disposition alors que c’est à la base un appartement pour 6, - il n’y a pas de petites cuillères à disposition, - le casier à skis ne possède pas de serrure. Nous considérons que cette situation n’est pas acceptable étant donné le prix du loyer demandé (1180 euros pour 5 nuits). Et de plus, l’appartement est très éloigné de ce que nous pouvons attendre en terme d’hébergement dans une station de standing comme Val Thorens. Par conséquent, au vu des éléments décrits ci-dessus et de notre insatisfaction, nous demandons un remboursement partiel du montant de la location.

L’appartement était clairement insalubre, pas de lumière dans la salle de bain, moisissure sur le plafond de la salle de bain, plaque de cuisson cassée, les rideaux n’étaient pas occultants, il n’y avait même pas assez de verres par rapport au nombre de personne. Pas de pile dans la télécommande, porte de placard de la cuisine cassée et posée sur le meuble et j’en oublie. UNE HONTE DE LOUER CELA !!!!

Refait à neuf ?
Nous avons séjourné quelques jours début août dans cet appartement dans une résidence située aux pieds des pistes (idéal pour l’hiver !) mais complètement désert l’été. Merci de préciser dans l’annonce la date de la rénovation de l’appartement ou alors il faudrait peut-être enlever la notion « refait à neuf ». Très honnêtement je pense que le ménage n’a pas été fait ou pas correctement. Il est vrai que l’aspirateur n’avait plus le pouvoir d’aspirer. Sinon l’appartement est bien agencé et bien aménagé.
