Newly moved to the state

This was our transition home while we waited to close on our new home. The house was fabulous, local amenities were super close, the pool was an added bonus. There was plenty of room for myself to work and two teenagers. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet but very clean home away from home.

We stayed here for 5 nights to attend a week-long activity at ECU. Although the location of the neighborhood of this condo feels "out of town," it is only 10 mins from campus and a Trader Joe's, and 5 minutes from a Food Lion and a Harris Teeter. It was very clean and well-kept. The rules were clear and easy to follow. We found a small issue that could have been a hazard for our 6-year-old, and the owner came quickly to fix it. One thing we would have liked is more kitchen bakeware, but we generally found what we needed. Layout is great--two rooms separate from the master. The pool is modern and very kid-friendly. Overall, a great experience in a quiet building.

Comfortable 3 Nights

We were in town to visit family. There aren’t many hotels close enough for us to make multiple visits but Mary’s place was to perfect go between. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. We enjoyed the recliners for some evening TV. We did visit the community swimming pool but it appears it had not been cleaned in days. So it was only a quick dip. Mary was good with communication and checking in. We would stay again.

Great place to stay in Greenville NC

Mary’s place is beautifully decorated and feels very cozy. Our family had plenty of room. It is in a quiet area of Greenville and was close to everywhere we needed to go. I would highly recommend this place especially if visiting ECU.

I came here to start writing my book about the tragic loss of my husband in 2020. I need quiet and a beautiful zen atmosphere and it’s exactly what I received. Mary the owner was wonderful and great to work with. This place was SO zen and relaxing. Amazingly clean and decorated beautifully. I went to Mary’s restaurant and I cannot remember the name (please ask her) it was the best Chinese cuisine I’ve ever had. The pool was great and refreshing although it rained every day but one while I was there. This place is a must stay. Thank you Mary for your kindness and hospitality.

Clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the bathroom and master bath! It was so wonderful to relax in the tub. Mary was great to work with and left us a pool key so we could beat the heat! We enjoyed how relaxing abs clean the whole place was. It is on the third floor so the elevator is a huge plus, unfortunately it stopped working on our last day.

Upscale condo near lots of ammenities

My husband and 2 senior parents enjoyed a fabulous vacation in this delightful condo. The condo has wonderful accommodations for a family. If you want to cook the kitchen has all the amenities. If you want to eat out the town has lots of fun restaurants and pubs. Within a short drive there are many interesting towns to discover in the NC low country. The neighborhood pool is a quick walk from the condo. The pool is extraordinary with walk in access. Mary our host was delightful. She kept me pleasantly informed. When my parents had an issue Mary was quick to help and even stopped by the condo to ensure all was well. If you haven't been to this area it is delightful for all kinds of outdoor activities and this condo is the place to stay. You'll feel as if you are welcomed home. There are three comfortable beds and 2 large bathrooms. The condo is beautifully decorated throughout. It is a very nice place to stay!
