The bedroom has a double bed yet still leaving plenty of space for a cot or children’s bed if needed. This room can be arranged as a twin room on request. Two single beds set up in the large living area can be configured to your requirements as either singles or double bed and made up with fresh linen.
Southcourt provides versatile accommodation for up to four people The bedroom has a double bed yet still has enough space for a cot or children’s bed if needed. A pull out sofa is also available in the lounge.

The south facing lounge is bright and spacious with double French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. It is beautifully furnished and has a contemporary feel. There is a comfortable sofa and chairs, flat screen TV/DVD and quality soft furnishings. Free WiFi is also available.

The large kitchen houses a dining table which seats 4 people (high chair available on request). Appliances include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave.

The large bathroom is clean, stylish and functional, fitted with a bath and overhead shower. A full linen service is provided, offering beds made up on arrival, guest towels and tea towels.

Off-street private parking for one car is included.

Baby shower

The property was ideal for us visiting family for the baby shower for our 1st grandchild. Just 5mins from family. We will be back. Thank you.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication

This is a comfortable and spacious flat in a good location. However, it feels like it needs some investment and maintenance to upgrade it. Things like the blind in the bedroom that is stained and needs replacing, There was a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom. I did contact the agent and tell her that it wasn't urgent. I didn't expect that they wouldn't sort it out. Although it was fairly clean, there were issues like leaving a full vacuum cleaner that we had to empty. There were some pices of kitchen equipment that I have come to expect. It's a holiday let - no corkscrew! Primarily, I couldn't work out how to use the hob. I tried to contact the agent but never received a reply. The instructions were for a different hob. This was after we had bought food to cook. So we were unable to self-cater and had wasted money. I think the lack of resopnse was the most concerning issue. What would we have done if there had been something urgent?
