The penthouse is furnished to the highest specification offering a super king size bed with En-suite bathroom with bath and a shower. A stylish open dining area provides the perfect space for an intimate dinner or for a private dining celebration, also a large balcony with sofa & a dining table facing towards the Isle of Wight.
A spacious sophisticated lounge with TV, Free Wi-fi, Sound System and telephone.
At the penthouse we offer the option a small folding bed, it's the perfect choice for a family of three adults

We pride ourselves of comfortable 3 double rooms, a beautiful spacious penthouse with balcony, and stunning sea view. For a perfect seaside experience on the cliff top come dine with us, and discover the philosophy behind our seasonal Mediterranean menu.

Fantastic penthouse suite with stunning views

We stayed 1 night in the penthouse and it was just perfect. So relaxing with great food. Even on a chilly breezy day we enjoyed the sunshine on our balcony with coffee brought up to us by the lovely staff. Would definitely go back again.

Stayed in the penthouse room - excellent spacious accommodation with everything you need for a short or extended stay. View from the balcony is very good with little noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs. Couple of minor bits to be aware of at the time of our visit - glass barrier panel on the balcony needs to be fitted, so be aware if you have small children.

Pebble Beach - a gem on the south coast

Over night break with my husband. We walked into what looked like a very unassuming bar and were treated by very friendly and personable staff. Escorted onto the terrace overlooking the sea and served a cold glass of wine and a very good beer. The sharing platter at lunch was perfect after our journey. Lunch dinner and breakfast - why go anywhere else. Food was perfect. We stayed in the penthouse and enjoyed the balcony and fabulous sea view.

Great service in Barton on Sea

We arrived at a late hour after a long drive. The supportive staff member, the restaurant maître de on the night, was fantastic in helping us sort out our accommodation. The only available room was the penthouse which was striking in its space, views and facilities. The price was also very reasonable. The manager was also accommodating and great to deal with.

A pleasant place to stay but sme shortcomeings.

The location and food was good and the accommodation was spacious. 9 am is too late to start breakfast and breakfast though well cooked does not have a menu for residents which includes cereal, porridge, fruit etc. Mattress was very poor. Premier Inn mattresses are far superior.
