Relaxing in lovely peaceful gardens on comfy Adirondack chairs, listening to the sound of birds, breakfasts of smoked kippers and other goodies around a farmhouse style table, bright coloured décor with conservatory in the room, comfy beds, very friendly innkeepers who have created a unique place to come and relax, explore Cornwall, get married or simply enjoy some peace and quiet in the hot tub.

Wonderful visit to Cornwall at a unique B&B
Our short get away to Cornwall to celebrate her birthday was very special due in the main to the amazing B&B! Trips to Mevagissey, St Ives and Charlestown along with walks around Heligan and the Eden project. Evenings spent soaking in the hot tub and relaxing in the spacious, comfortable room which also included a conservatory to watch TV.
Breakfast in the morning around the big round table was fantastic with a great range of options all locally sourced.

Little hidden gem
Stayed two nights after a few days in Fowey. Total contrast. Very peaceful and restful. The b and b is beautifully decorated with lots of individual touches and splashes of colour - someone has a good eye for design! Lovely gardens - can see why it is popular for intimate weddings

A quite stunning couple of nights.
A stay in order to visit family and friends. We had booked the Garden room but, were lucky enough to be upgraded on arrival to the Nook. A stunning set of rooms in a quite courtyard with its own hot tub and sauna. The Nook has everything you want plus some. Beautifully designed and decorated in a lovely quirky style, with an absolute eye for detail at every point. The private hot tub and sauna just add another layer of luxury and elegance that sets Lower Barn out from the rest.
