Villa Livia is placed in a picturesque area where families with children, groups of friends, or couples can enjoy their own fine living styles all year long.

Plenty of flowers (oleanders, bougainvilleas, acacia trees, hibiscus) and fruit trees (olive trees, figs, grapes) welcome you in this typical Mediterranean Villa, located near one of the most famous seaside in Apulia: Pescoluse, literally reach of fish.

At the end of a unique private road on the edge of an hill, in the countryside of Salve, less than a kilometer far from the very well known "Maldives del Salento", the nearby sandy beaches, the property is composed of two separate buildings: the main Villa and a "dependance".

Just a few steps from the gate you are in the patio of the main Villa with three bedrooms, a dining room, a bathroom a shady patio ideal for lunches and aperitivi and a huge white magnificent grape just outside the kitchen.

A few steps away you are in the dependance where a large double bedroom and a bathroom welcomes you.

Villa Livia has a huge garden with different trees and spots where you can linger comfortably always in the shade, according to the position of the sun.

A big barbecue between the two structures is perfect to cook meat and fish at your own taste.

Sea views are beautiful both from the villa and the ground.

Winter and spring are perfect for artistic and cultural tours in the region, as well as for wonderful walks on the beaches or the cliffs of the western coast.

Summer is perfect for enjoying the true spirit of the sea holidays as well as participating in the evening "pizzica and taranta" music festivals of the many towns in the surrounding area which peaks with the world famous “La Notte della Taranta” festival (literally “The Night of the Spider” ) that takes place in Melpignano.

Autumn is known for long shades and the extensive olives harvest that takes place in all the region and in the sorroundings of Villa Livia too.

Bellissima Esperienza

Villa Livia è esattamente come viene descritta dal proprietario, una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci ha permesso di sentirci in vacanza e non avere nessuna preoccupazione. Abbiamo potuto godere a pieno della proprietà, del suo bellissimo giardino, dei locali puliti e accoglienti e del fantastico panorama che si può godere dalla terrazza. Un'esperienza fantastica e che replicheremo sicuramente, vivamente consigliata. Grazie di tutto.

Idyllische Villa mit großer Veranda und riesiger Chillecke im Garten

Eine sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete Villa mit sauberen , gepflegten, geräumigen Zimmern Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und lädt zum relaxen ein. Die meiste Zeit haben wir (7 Personen) jedoch auf der Veranda oder in der riesigen Sitzecke im Garten verbracht, direkt neben dem großen Grill. Je nachdem ob man ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen sucht, man findet im Garten jederzeit immer beides. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert und hat uns sogar mit wirklich guten Insidertips über Veranstaltungen, kleine locale Feste, Lokale etc versorgt. Praktischerweise verkauft der Nachbar jede Menge frisches Obst und Gemüse direkt hinterm Haus. Danke für alles, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. A beautyful furnished Villa near to the beach with clean and spacy rooms. The comfortable living room is perfect for realxing. With 7 person we spent the most time on the Veranda or at the huge chilling area next to the big barbecue. You find all day sunny places and shadow places at the same time. The Landlord is a very friendly person and he takes care about really everything. Even more we received a lot information about small fiestas, events, reaturants and a lot places to be. Directly in the neighborhood we could buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the farmer. Thanks for everyting, we had a great holidays and felt like at home

bellissima vacanza a villa Livia

vacanza perfetta con tutti i comfort a villa Livia. situata nella zona alta ma vicinissima(3 minuti in auto) al mare,le spiagge e ai luoghi incantevoli del salento. abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 6adulti e 3 bambini. inoltre,apprezzabilissima la cortesia e disponibilita' del proprietario Paolo,che ci ha dato ottimi consigli riguardo a tutto cio' che necessitavamo, e che saluto cordialmente.

Maison très agréable

Nous étions deux famille, 6 personnes. La maison est grande et propre. Elle possède des terrasses ombragées donnant sur le jardin arborés et fleuris .C'est très agréable. L'environnement est calme et permet le repos. La maison est proche de la plage mais il faut descendre en voiture car la route est étroite et dangereuse pour les pietons. Nous étions début aout, il y avait beaucoup de monde sur la plage mais nous avons toujours trouvé de la place. "Une vraie plage italienne" mêlant les locations de transats/parasols et les espaces libres ! La plage est propre et la mer est magnifique "transparente" et chaude. Paolo est un homme très accueillant et disponible qui dès notre arrivée nous a conseillé sur les sites et restaurants à découvrir. Merci encore, nous avons très bien mangé! Il parle très bien français! la maison est idéalement située pour découvir les pouilles. Petit bémol : Il manquait juste quelques transats à la maison pour la sieste et un parasol pour la plage pour que tout soit parfait! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans les pouilles !

Casa bella e confortevole, a due passi dal mare

La struttura è' comoda ed accogliente, noi ci siamo stati molto bene in due famiglie (complessivamente 8 persone). Si trova in collina immersa nella natura tra ulivi e tanta bella vegetazione, che si fa apprezzare sia di giorno ma anche per il fresco della sera. Posizione molto comoda per il mare: Marina di Salve (Maldive del Salento) a meno di 1 km con spiagge attrezzate ma anche libere, ma con l'auto si raggiungono comodamente tutte le località' tra Gallipoli e Santa Maria di Leuca, in meno di mezz'ora. In estrema sintesi è' proprio un'ottima soluzione.

INDIMENTICABILE VACANZA

Ho trascorso insieme mio marito e alle mie bambine, una bellissima settimana ospiti di Villa Livia, nella settimana centrale di agosto. La descrizione contenuta nell'annuncio corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà. La villa è molto bella, spaziosa, confortevole, pulita e dotata di vari confort fra cui lavatrice, televisore, barbecue e una doccia all'esterno. È piacevole fare colazione sul patio e cenare sia all'aperto che in casa, salire sull'ampio terrazzo per godere la vista del mare e dei tramonti. Circondata da olivi, piante da frutto e meravigliosi fiori. Il silenzio regna sovrano, a 5 minuti in auto si raggiunge il centro di Salve e Torre Vado. Per recarsi al mare l'auto è indispensabile ma, a soli 5 minuti, si possono trovare scogli e sabbia bianca. Gentilissimo il proprietario, Sig. Paolo, che ci ha stupito per la sua precisione, fornendoci con puntualità tutte le informazioni richieste prima della partenza e che, pur non presente in zona si è premurato, di darci altre preziose informazioni su località, ristoranti e servizi. Assolutamente da consigliare, peccato essersi fermati solo una settimana ma ritorneremo sicuramente. Cristina A.
