27, 65 and 75 Skipper Way are located in the same road in different blocks , making them an ideal choice for families or groups who want to stay close while enjoying their own private spaces.

27 Skipper Way is a spacious modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom second-floor penthouse apartment with views of the River Ouse and Little Paxton locks.

The apartment has a double-bedded room with an En-suite. The second bedroom is a double bedroom which has the use of a separate family bathroom with a bath and a stand-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. The apartment has an open plan concept living, dining, and kitchen space with French doors that look out onto the river. There is a corner sofa and armchair with side tables and table and chairs for four, sideboard and TV. The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances. There is a microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and fridge freezer are all built-in appliances in the kitchen.

The apartment is located a short distance from the A1 North or South. St Neots is around a 20-to-30-minute stroll from the property or five minutes by car where all the restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and shops are . There is a fantastic nature reserve, a nearby co-op, a doctor, a pharmacy, a Chinese restaurant, and a takeout are all located in Little Paxton. Community Hub and the great neighbourhood pub called the Anchor.

There is an allocated parking space for one vehicle under the apartment block and visitors' parking which is on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment also comes with all linen and towels included and Sky Fibre Broadband.

We currently have six apartments on Skipper Way which is great for families who want to be together but also have their own personal space.
