Located in the heart of one of Newcastle’s main, central nightlife districts, the Bigg Market, all five apartments in Honeypot House are ideal for any group wanting something a little bit different for their Newcastle weekend.

Nestled above Newcastle’s iconic Beehive pub, the five apartments within Honeypot House each come with bags of character and charm. For anyone in need of a spot of retail therapy, you’ll have the renowned shopping thoroughfares of Intu Eldon Square and Northumberland Street right on your doorstep, and for football fans, NUFC’s home ground, St. James’ Park, is just a 10 minute walk from the property. If you’re heading to a concert at the Metro Radio Arena, it’ll take 15 minutes to walk there from these apartments, and it’s just over five minutes in a taxi to Newcastle’s stunning Quayside, with its famous bridges, art galleries and wealth of plush bars and restaurants. For any guest travelling to Newcastle by plane, it’ll take you 15 minutes in a taxi to reach Honeypot House from Newcastle International Airport.

Apart from their enviable location, when staying in any of these fantastic apartments, you’ll benefit from complimentary WiFi, en-suite facilities and spacious bedroom and living room arrangements. Ideal for larger groups wanting something a little bit out-of-the-box for their weekend in Newcastle, Honeypot House apartments are popular for corporate travel and families, as well as stag and hen weekends in Newcastle.

Amazing apartment, right in the centre, clean and well kept
The apartment was beautiful. We stopped in the room through the looking glass. It was so clean and just right for us 7 hens. I would definitely stop here again.

Fantastic, clean and cosy accommodation
When we first walked into our Apartment we were truly amazed. The furniture and all facilities are of a good standard and spotlessly clean and the apartment is warm. We were very pleasantly surprised that tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, towels and shower gel were all supplied. Garry was amazing in terms of customer service

Amazing value and great location.
Our group was in Newcastle for the weekend, and Honeypot House was as central as we could have hoped for! We loved the huge bench in the bathroom so we could all get ready together and had everything we needed for our stay. Garry the host was also very friendly and communicative, too.

We’re passionate about celebratory weekends. We’ve been in the travel industry for two decades, so it’s safe to say we know a thing or two about what makes the perfect place to stay.

We know that these days, groups are looking for far more than just a safe, central and secure spot to base their celebrations, they’re looking for an experience – which is why we’ve created Honeypot House.

We’re based in Newcastle ourselves (propa proud Geordies, us) and we know the city like the back of our hands, and are aware of all of the very best spots for shopping, entertainment, eating and drinking – which is exactly why we chose to create this hotel in the central and iconic Bigg Market. Since 1999, we’ve specialised in stag and hen parties, and know that the majority of groups want somewhere well within walking distance of all the main nightlife spots (including the bars they’ve seen on Geordie Shore) – and staying in the Bigg Market certainly ticks that box.
