Thank you for leaving the place super clean and keeping great communication. I am glad you found one of our three villas located only 5 miles away from the public ramp and U. Pavillion. We have been hosting for almost five years now and we thrive to make our guests stays to feel at home away from home. In this villa we can host up to 9 guests and makes the price very affordable. Being so close to Rayburn Country club and the public ramp Umphrey Pavillion makes our location a great destination for fishing and golfing or family reunions. I have worked very hard since my father's passing four years ago, and I am sure he is very proud of how we are being successful (my family and I) are managing our vacation rental business. Hello W & D, It was such a pleasure meeting you and your lovely wife. It makes such a difference when I get to meet our guests! I am glad our properties location worked out to be close to your friend's house and your friend will be reserving already for October. Hope you can come back and see all the new updates we have been working on this week and for the property next to the one you stayed, we are building a new carport. We added lilies to the fountain and that was a nice project. With the bird feeder filled again, this morning there were already some beautiful tuxedo woodpeckers enjoying "free seeds".
