A brand new (May 2019) One bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom and lounge with fitted kitchen. The apartment comes well equipped with an intercom, private bathroom, widescreen TV, washing machine and full kitchen with appliances. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and a dining table. Our site is covered by CCTV and the building is a stones throw away from Leicesters main bus station, leisure and retail district including a number of restaurants and cinema. Demontfort University is within walking distance.
