It is an accommodation created inside an old hermitage on top of a hill, it has spectacular views of the town of Algarinejo and the Cordova subbética mountain range, the starry sky at night is impressive due to the zero light pollution, not very Far away they find monumental towns such as Priego de Córdoba, Montefrio, Lake Iznajar or Loja.


It is an accommodation for people who seek tranquility and relaxation, its small Infinity pool is equipped with bubble jets as well as a countercurrent swim jet to be able to enjoy swimming even in small pools. The interior of the house has the distribution of a hermitage but adapted to daily life.


To get to the house there is a dirt track approximately 600 meters long.

The accomodation has loads of character and is in a spectacular location with amazing views. We stay

The accomodation has loads of character and is in a spectacular location with amazing views. We stayed in the accommodation in January and although the days were warm it did get quite cold at night however a good supply of fuel was provided to keep the log stove and other heaters going. The host (Jose) was very helpful and recommended many places to visit and an amazing restaurant in the nearby village of Algarinejo. One of the highpoints of our stay was relaxing in the accommodations hot Jacuzzi and watching the stars after returning from a day visiting one of the many beautiful towns in Andalusia.

Thank you so much Jose. We loved staying at your beautiful church. The view from the pool was wonderful as well as from the jacuzzi. We sat back with a glass of wine and star gazed for hours. Kids got to see their first shooting stars which they loved. The church is very rustic and clearly a much loved home. Jose is a wonderful and kind host- thank you! The nearby town is so friendly and a nice morning running route (although I got lifts back up the mountain) Thank you so much. We would love to return!

Amazing

The views from this place are incredible. The stars were so close you felt like you could almost touch them. The sun rose in the east and set in the west which there were fabulous sun sets. You have shade too if needed to escape the sunshine. Having a bath looking out on the view was very relaxing. Jose was a wonderful person and went through the devises with us. The massive tv screan and sound system was brilliant. The house was well equipped and comfortable. A great place to stay to unwind and relax. Loja has a great restaurant called Flati. Well worth a visit or 3.

Dies ist eine einzigartige Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Wir mussten uns die ganze Woche kneifen, dass wir tatsächlich dort waren. Der Besitzer, José, hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen liegt abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade, aber wenn Sie einen ruhigen Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten suchen, können wir Ihnen einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen. Einfach wunderschön.

Sehr schöne Lage, mit einem Wort: einzigartig. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Freunden, es gab viel Platz, schöne Einrichtungen wie Kino, Terrasse, Whirlpool, 2 Badezimmer, gute Heizung für kältere Tage, aber vor allem: ein wunderschöner, stimmungsvoller Ort, an dem der Besitzer all die Liebe eingesetzt hat und Kunst, mit Sorgfalt und Liebe gebaut, wiederverwendete Baumaterialien. In der Nähe gibt es eine Stadt, in der Sie Ihre täglichen Einkäufe erledigen können und in der Sie ein gutes Restaurant und Bars finden. Gute Lage, um Städte wie Granada und Cordoba zu besuchen. Der Besitzer ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit allerlei Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt. Hatte eine großartige Zeit!

Hôte hyper sympathique, compagnie réactive. Le logement était propre et tout était en ordre. Les photos reflètent bien ce que propose le lieu. Les extérieurs sont en excellent état et la vue est magnifique tant depuis la piscine que depuis le jacuzzi. Le lieu est paisible et intimiste. L'hôte n'a pas hésité à nous proposé une liste des choses à visiter dans la région (villages, randonnées, ...) et s'est montré très réactif à chacune de nos interrogations sur la région. Il ne faut cependant pas avoir peur de prendre la voiture et de parcourir quelques kilomètres pour visiter les grandes villes de la région. Encore merci à eux pour l'accueil.

Unsere grundsätzlichen Erwartungen an das Haus wurden voll erfüllt und es hat schon eine ganz spezielle Atmosphäre. Leider war gerade in den Außenanlagen der rustikale Stil etwas zu stark ausgeprägt - die Gartenmöbel und Grill hätten ruhig aus dem Konzept ausbrechen können und etwas neuer/ praktikabler sein dürfen. In Summe hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Einsiedelei empfehlen.

Le site est vraiment exceptionnel et l’habitat insolite. La vue sur les environs est magnifique. Petit bémol pour la literie et pour l’installation électrique capricieuse. Par contre, le hôte vraiment très accueillant, disponible et très à l’écoute.

Wir waren Mitte Februar in Algarinejo. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Aussicht und das Gelände um das „Haus“ sind super schön.. sich die umliegenden Städte wie Montefreo oder Loja sind nicht weit weg und eine Reise wert. Der Besitzer Jose ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, er hatte ein paar gute Tips. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden wiederkommen.
