Enjoy perfect natural bliss at this one-bedroom house located in the middle of vineyards and overlooking the serene Adriatic Sea.

The beautiful holiday retreat is an ideal accommodation choice for 4 guests and has much to offer. There is a courtyard with garden furniture set in the shade of an olive tree. There is also a slide for young ones to play and have fun. The atmosphere is really quiet and guests can take a stroll in the vineyards without being disturbed for hours.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a lively open-plan living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a TV and a kitchen. With a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob and a fridge, guests will surely enjoy cooking in this kitchen. The bedroom is on the first floor.

Bedroom 1: The wonderful room with a balcony with sea views is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The double sofa bed is comfortable for sleeping for two guests.

Location

The house offers a tranquil atmosphere with lots of sun to bask in. It is the perfect recipe for a relaxed holiday with friends and family. Guests can get homemade wines and olive oil here from the owner. There is also a restaurant and a shop, a winery and a shop within a kilometer of the house. The nearest beach is at a convenient walking distance. Beyond fun at the coast, there is also international cycling and hiking trail near Parenzana and plenty of mountain trails. Guests can also enjoy swimming and natural baths under the magnificent cliffs. Italian Trieste is around the corner, a few minutes to the nearby Istrian city of Koper. The surrounding area is extremely rich in good inns and restaurants. The Karst region with its world-famous caves is about half an hour’s drive from the house.

The nearest airport is only 40 kilometers away.

Positiv: sehr netter Gastgeber, schöne Lage, ruhige Umgebung, alles Klimatisiert.Schlafgelegenheit oben sehr gut . Alle Zimmer sehr schön, auch draußen unter dem Olivenbaum kann man sehr schön sitzen.Negatives, Schlafgelegenheit unten war ein altes durchgesessenes Sofa,viel zu hart und klein.das sollte unbedingt gegen ein großes Schlafsofa ausgetauscht werden, dann haben insgesamt 4 Personen gut Platz, Viel Schmutz unter dem Bett mit alten Socken und Kondomverpackungen, dort hat definitiv niemand sauber gemacht, auch imSchrank nicht.Im Bad müsste Silikon an Dusche erneuert werden, auch die Duscharmatur ist nicht die beste, der Badschrank ist nicht mehr der schönste.Duschabfluss war bereits verstopft Fazit : für 2bis 3 Personen geeignet, mehr Platz wäre machbar. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit wünschenswert.Trotzdem würde ich jederzeit wieder hier her kommen , sehr schön und ruhig, guter Parkplatz am Haus, sehr netter Gastgeber.

Das Objekt ist schön, neu und in guter Lage. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist Problemlos möglich. Die Einrichtung ist gut und auch die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Manchmal gab es allerdings kein warmes Wasser, aber das hält man bei der Wärme gut aus.

Traumhafte Lage, tolles Haus!

Inmitten herrlicher Weinberge und in sehr ruhiger Lage liegt das Haus. Die sehr gepflegten Räumlichkeiten im Inneren sorgten gleich zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes für ein wohliges Gefühl. Dank der Klimaanlage fehlte es wirklich an nichts und wir kommen gerne wieder.
