Das Appartement ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr einfach einrichtet ohne jeden Luxus (keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Herd, keine Spülmaschine). Dafür mit funktionierender Klimaanlage. Dass keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden sind, könnte etwas deutlicher hervorgehoben werden. Der Pool hat leider Hinterhof - Atmosphäre, Sonnenschirme sind nicht vorhanden. Dafür macht die Lage mit unmittelbarer Strandnähe alles wett. Auch die Verwaltung vor Ort ist Top. Alles wird prompt beantwortet und erledigt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen direkt vor der Haustür.

Excellent location with everything you can need

Located in the heart of the city with all restaurants, shops and entertainment available at a walking distance, this standard flat has all you need to guarantee your relax. Beaches at walking distance, swimming pool for windy days and a city which allows you to visit nearby touristic attractions in the Veneto region. AC and allocated parking slot are a confortable plus that improves the perception of the basic but fully equipped flat. Grazie mille!

Wunderbare Ferien am Meer

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in "unserem" Appartment und seiner Umgebung genossen. Die Kinder haben den Pool und die Tischtennismöglichkeit täglich freudig genutzt. Aber auch der kurze Weg durch den Pinienwald ans Meer sind traumhaft und richtig wunderbare Ferienerfahrungen. Die Sauberkeit des Appartments und der gesamten Anlage, sowie des Strandes war absolut super und vor allem die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern schon vor, während und nach der Reise waren unschlagbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
