On the main street just a stones throw from the centre of the idyllic market town of Oakham. Oakham has numerous pubs serving real ales and excellent food. Rutland Water is less than 5 minutes by car and there are plenty of villages and activities in the surrounding countryside to visit.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and comprises of 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a living/dining room. There is parking behind the flat, however this is not guaranteed and there is a pay and display car park 30 metres away.

Hooray for air conditioning

Heated towel was great also.The a/c was excellent over the warm spell that coincided with our stay.
