L'Instant is neither a hotel nor a simple lodging but rather a pretty little mansion combining all the charm and the atmosphere of a traditional captoise house, closer to a fisherman's hut than a traditional holidays house.
 
L'Instant has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms / water and a very nice covered and open terrace.
The story says that this little colonial-style house was built by a former professor who, on his return from Madagascar, wanted to find an overseas ambience.
 
The house also called Chante perdrix.

Nestled in the heart of the pine forest of La Capte, just a few steps from a white sand beach of nearly 4 km stretching along the eastern tombolo, L'Instant-La Capte has all the qualities of a small charming residence with all the necessary equipment.
 
This small colonial house sheltered from the east wind and the Mistral, less than 100 steps from the sea can accommodate up to 12 people with its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
 
L'Instant La Capte is particularly suitable for family vacations where the youngest ones enjoy the sea with shallow water and the big ones practice water sports or beautiful walks along the coast.
