A Dream!

I spent a weak with my husband and two daughters (ages 9, 11) and it was true paradise. The villa is beautifully decorated and so clean, it feels new. The views are breathtaking from every floor and window. The amenities are well thought out, making it all so seamless. The grounds are impeccably maintained and every corner is so beautiful. Its a quick walk down the path to one of the beautiful domain beaches. We spent a lot of time, snorkeling, sunbathing, swimming or just enjoying our own private pool. A very nice supermarket had everything we need in town and even a small market right inside the domain for any last minute items. Carin, the host was so kind and answered all our questions immediately. She was there to greet us and explain the home and any other questions about the area. Truly a wonderful host. Overall one of our best rental experiences ever. We will be back.. Merci Carin!

Großes Ferienhaus mit schönem Blick aufs Meer sowie einer netten und bemĂŒhten Gastgeberin Carine. Der nicht barrierefreie, recht steile Zugang mit vielen Treppen ist fĂŒr gehbehinderte Personen ungeeignet. Die funktionelle Einrichtung ist vollstĂ€ndig, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist zwar auf Anfrage beheizbar, erreicht dann nach ein paar Tagen aber maximal 25C. Der Weg zu einem kleinen, sehr steinigen Naturstrand (zu empfehlen nur mit Badeschuhen) ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß recht beschwerlich nur ĂŒber steinige, schmale Wege möglich und nichts fĂŒr Ă€ltere Menschen. Schöne SandstrĂ€nde sind aber in Le Lavandou mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefĂŒhlt, obgleich die Objektbeschreibung zu positiv ist und bei dem aufgeworfenen Mietpreis einer Renovierung und die Einrichtung (Möbel, Polster u.a.) einer Auffrischung bedarf.

Fantastische Woche

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen in einer gated community. Der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön und sehr grosszĂŒgig. Der Pool ist beheizt und so konnten wir auch im Oktober noch baden. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Jeden Morgen gab es einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang- leider verschwand die Sonne dann bereits ab 15.30 Uhr hinter dem Berg an dem das Haus gebaut wurde. Carine hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und verabschiedet. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war ausserordentlich nett. Danke, Carine fĂŒr alles! Es war eine tolle Woche und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

The perfect family vacation home

The house is beautiful, very well situated in the gated domaine du Gaou Benat.From every floor you can see the Méditerranée,lounge chairs on all terraces. Kitchen ,bath rooms renovated,great appliances. Large pool ,very clean ,plenty of seating around. Through a path you have a direct access to a beach or you can drive or walk 10 minutes to the main beach ,which has a great lounge and restaurant. The domaine has a farm fruit stand and well appointed food store. Carine the manager is super efficient,if you have a question or issues she will immediately contact you and take care of it. We were familiar wit the area but this house is the best we ever stayed and we will be back.

Wonderful!

We had a fabulous week in this lovely villa. Carine couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The house is well equipped with a beautiful terrace with stunning views. Its a short walk (down a hill/steps) to a small beach, and there are lots of hiking trails in the forest. Beautiful!
