Superb view

We commend the responsiveness of the property hosts but their description of the property services were misleading in one respect. There is no bed linen or towels. A small point for some but for those travelling by air it is unlikely they will wish to pack this! The property description is misleading in this respect. The property itself is fine and truly enjoys a great view. This said the Cap Benat is a gated community which for us had a touch of house arrest about it. Those parts accessible to the sea were not great and surpassed by beaches outside and a short distance east and west. We enjoyed this part of the South of France, But who would not? Nice as the villa was there are alternatives which will suit some families better. Not a criticism of the property hosts who were considerate and professional but there is a great deal of choice in this area and we probably made the wrong one.

Bonjour Stuart, je suis désolée d apprendre que votre séjour ne vous ai pas donné entière satisfaction. je dois néanmoins apporter quelques précisions nécessaires sur les points que vous soulignez: concernant le linge de lit et les serviettes, ils ne sont pas fournis lors de la location et ceci est bien inscrit sur le règlement interieur de la maison: pour ne pas qu 'il y ait de problème, je le reprécise toujours aux locataires lors de leur réservation ou avant leur arrivée, ce que j ai fait également avec vous plus d'une semaine avant votre arrivée. Vous étiez déjà partis de chez vous, et nous vous avons trouvé une solution , à nos frais, avec le service d'une blanchisserie qui vous a livré puis repris le linge directement a la maison: nous avons a cœur d accueillir et de satisfaire les locataires et je crois que nous ne pouvions pas faire beaucoup mieux !! Concernant le Gaou benat, il s agit d'un site protégé, privatisé et gardienné pour assurer aux résidents la meilleure sécurité et préserver la beauté et la quiétude des vacanciers qui fait souvent défaut sur la cote d azur. je suis surprise que vous n ayez pas pris le soin de vous informer plus précisement a ce sujet. L un de vous enfants a d ailleurs endommagé la barrière de sécurité a l entrée du domaine avec son scooter car il n était pas en possession du badge d accès... j espère que vous trouverez a l avenir un endroit de villégiature plus en adéquation avec vos attentes cordialement fanny

Wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit unschlagbarem Blick. Unkomplizierter Check-in Vorgang, guter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Der Aussenbereich war sehr gepflegt, die Poolliegen und Stühle waren allerdings schon arg durchgelegen, unbequem und mitgenommen. Die verschiedenen Terassen erlauben einen durchgehenden Aufenthalt im Freien, immer mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die umgebende Natur. Der Strand, die Tennisplätze und der Supermarkt sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, man sollte jedoch trittsicher sein.Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür!

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette villa avec ma femme et nos enfants. La maison est moderne, bien équipée, et très confortable, avec trois chambres climatisées idéales pour se reposer au frais. La piscine à débordement est tout simplement magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer – un vrai bonheur du matin au soir. Le domaine du Gaou Bénat est splendide, calme et sécurisé, avec une petite épicerie proposant d’excellents fruits frais. Nous recommandons chaudement cette adresse, parfaite pour des vacances reposantes en famille dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel !

Sehr schöne Aussicht in komfortabler Villa

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubszeit in perfekter Umgebung. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und der allabendliche Blick bei Kochen und Essen auf die Bucht hatte erneut für uns richtigen ‚Suchtcharakter‘. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Unterstützung von Fanny war sehr solide und hilfreich

Magnifique villa avec vue superbe sur la mer. Espace piscine très agréable,ainsi que les terrasses où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Propreté irréprochable. Tout est parfait pour passer de très bonnes vacances dans une région superbe . Domaine très calme et proche de tout. Nombreux échanges avec Fanny la propriétaire, qui est très réactive. Un seul regret:partir....mais nous reviendrons!

Gelungener Familienurlaub mit traumhaften Blick!!!

Das Ferienhaus von Fanny bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und den Pool. Es ist höchst komfortabel und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Beim Kochen kann man den Blick auf das Meer bei einem Glas Wein genießen. Zum Essen stehen zwei Terrassen mit Aussicht aufs Wasser zur Auswahl. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und sind schweren Herzens abgereist. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen. Im Oktober hat man bis 16:30 Sonne am Pool und auf den Terrassen. In wenigen Kilometern gibt es große Supermärkte mit riesiger Auswahl an frischen Lebensmitteln. Danke an Fanny und ihre Familie, dass sie uns ihr Haus vermietet haben.

Maison très agréable avec 2 terrasses donnant une vue à 180 degrés de la baie du Gaou, tout comme. Propriétaire charmante très disponible.
