Ideal for families with children, our Oustau (house in Provence) is located 5 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Bormes or Le Lavandou and their activities. A few hundred meters from the medieval village of Bormes les Mimosas, our Oustau dei adré, of 160m², welcomes you with its 4 bedrooms and their bathrooms, its infinity pool, its solarium, its terraces facing south / south west and a soothing view of the hills and the plain of Bormes Les Mimosas.
Built in 2007, it consists of:

- a 62m² living / dining room with 2 240cm tables (indoor + outdoor), 12 chairs, 2 sofas, a coffee table.

- 4 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed of 160cm, 2 with double beds of 140cm, the last with 2 single beds of 90cm + 1 bed of 80cm, convertible into double bed of 160cm), all bedding is new.

- 3 bathrooms with shower and a shower room (each with its toilets) adjoining the bedrooms.
Air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms.

- an open kitchen of 11m² (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large oven, plancha, coffee maker, Nespresso.)

- a solarium and terraces with 7 sun loungers and 1 outdoor garden furniture

For your outdoor distractions:

A pleasant infinity pool of approximately 8 x 4 m, 6 deckchairs, an outdoor ping pong table, pétanque balls, a BBQ, a topographic map for walks.


Indoors: a Clavinova electronic piano, a 117 cm flat screen TV, a Play station 3, a DVD player, Wi-Fi access, a Hi Fi system, Bluetooth speakers, a few books / novels,.

Family holiday

Perfect villa for our summer holiday in Bormes. Very spacious and well equipped. The pool was fabulous! Great location as only a short walk to the beautiful village of Bormes les Mimosas.

This wonderful property is paradise! Beautiful, spacious and well fitted house, the pool is awesome at any time during the day, plus it’s close to some of the prettiest beaches of the French Riviera (Cabasson, L’Estagnol). Walking distance to a superb Provençal village. What else can you ask for?

A beautifully appointed, roomy house in a wonderful area.

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is much more tranquil and beautiful in real life with lots of space for a family of 5. It is incredibly well appointed with lovely crockery and glasses and everything in between. The pool area is glorious and got sun all day long. There are also lots of other little courtyards and areas to sit. The owner and property manager were very responsive and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Très belle villa spacieuse avec vue magnifique

Nous avons été conquis par le confort et la localisation de cette spacieuse villa à 2 minutes du village de Bormes-les-Mimosas à pieds. Au calme, dans un cadre de verdure sans vis à vis, la vue est magnifique et quel bonheur de contempler le paysage en se délassant dans la piscine à débordement… quand les enfants veulent bien la partager avec les parents ! Très bien équipée et entretenue, la maison sait rester fraiche malgré les températures estivales. Nous avons été conquis par la grande terrasse (attenante à la spacieuse pièce à vivre) permettant de tous nous retrouver (4 adultes et 7 enfants) au moment des repas et profiter de la vue exceptionnelle. La proximité du pittoresque village de Bormes et son marché hebdomadaire de produits locaux en fait une agréable destination de ballade de fin de journée.

Semaine cyclo dans votre belle maison

Merci pour cette semaine dans votre belle maison. La découverte de la région, avec nos amis, tous cyclistes, a été parfaite. Une maison soignée, accueillante avec ses 4 salles de bain indépendantes rend la cohabitation entre amis très facile. Les grandes tables intérieure et extérieure sont très conviviales pour des repas à 10 ou plus, la cuisine est très pratique et bien équipée, la literie excellente. Avec le beau temps, nous avons bien profité de nos circuits vélo vers les cols de la région et au retour, de la piscine, des relax et du calme Nous conseillons un traiteur tout proche à B le pin (repas très bons et copieux ) Nous reviendrons en intersaison, période idéale pour les cyclistes

Great week with family and friends

Wonderful house, decorated tastefully, very big spaces. We had 6 children and teenagers, a lot of space for everybody. Amazing view from the pool, and night swim with the lights was great for the children. Access to the pool is secured for small children. The house is very functional, has all the facilities you need. The living room / kitchen are big and enjoyable, with access to several terraces. The house was extremely clean, the laundry (sheets and towels) were also very clean and fresh. The rooms are very large, and each room has its own bathroom, which is great when you are a lot of people like we were. The house is at a 5 min walk from the historical center, a very cute provencal village. Beaches are at a 10 min drive. We will definately come again. We only spent a small week and we still have a lot to see in that beautiful location.

Very nice stay in Bormes

We really loved this wonderful house for two main reasons: its location and its charm! You can easily walk to the old village (Bormes). This was one main criteria for us. No need to take your car! Nice beaches (Estagnol) are also easy to access by car. The villa is clean and comfortable. It is big enough for two families (we were 2 couples and 6 children). We really enjoyed having one bathroom per room. You have old trees in the garden -especially olive trees- but the swimming-pool is always in the sun. You have everything you need to cook nice dishes. However no barbecue permitted in the area due to fire risks. We would definitly recommend it. Our intention is to rent it again.

maison idéale pour vacances avec famille et amis

C'est une maison très agréable que je ne regrette pas d'avoir loué pour passer une petite semaine en famille dans le département du Var. Toute la famille l'a adoré et elle permet également de recevoir des amis à l'improviste, ce qui n'est pas négligeable!!! Elle est idéalement placée (à 5 min à pied du centre historique de Bormes-les-mimosas).La vue sur les montagnes varoises est magnifique. La maison est fonctionnelle, l'espace cuisine salle à manger salon est spacieux et très conviviale.Les chambres sont confortable. La piscine est un cadre de jeu sympa pour les enfants. Je conseille le petit toit-terrasse pour prendre le digestif avec un bon cigare tout en regardant le ciel étoilé couché sur 1 transat : un vrai moment de plaisir!!!

Villa spacieuse et fonctionnelle, vue magnifique!

La villa est située dans le petit paradis provençal de Borme Les Mimosas, perché sur la colline. Nous y avons passé quelques jours en février et aout 2014. Nous en avons profité pour visiter le Ford de Brégançon, et la magnifique plage de l'Estagnol. Nous avons fait un peu de plongée sous marine notamment sur le site de Escampo Barriou où l'eau est turquoise, la visibilité excellente et où nous avons vu de jolis poulpes. L'été nous avons profité du feu d'artifice et du marché du mercredi. La maison bénéficie de prestations haut de gamme avec salle de bain et WC pour chaque chambre. Une chambre "dortoir enfants" comprend 4 couchages.Tout est neuf et très propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La pièce à vivre doit mesurer entre 50 et 70m2 avec un espace repas et un espace salon/ TV. La terrasse est idéale pour les repas d'été avec une vue à couper le souffle. L'espace piscine est parfaitement sécurisé par des portes homologuées et il est également possible de surveiller la piscine de la terrasse principale. Bref, l'endroit idéal pour des vacances à 2 (ou 3) familles !

La vie du bon côté

La maison est très agréable, avec de beaux espaces de vie, des chambres propres et spacieuses et une décoration soignée. La piscine est une vraie piscine, ce qui nous a permis de bien en profiter, surtout les enfants. La vue dégagée sur la campagne est très agréable pour prendre les repas.Toute la famille a passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons cette location à nos amis.
