The location of the house is a direct starting point for magnificent walks in the great outdoors in one of the most beautiful places on the Var coast.
Starting from the house, magnificent paths lead you to the fort of Bregançon and the beautiful beaches of Cabasson and Estagnol.
You can join the coastal path that runs along the entire coast.

Its location is ideal for a quiet family vacation even in high season. Its location gives it an exceptional sea view as if you were on the upper deck of a boat. The house is spread over 2 floors connected by an external staircase.
The upper floor overlooks the estate with an exceptional view. Access is via this floor.
The house consists of 4 rooms spread over the 2 floors - On the upper floor are the linving / dining room, a small functional kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. The large picture window in the living / dining room opens onto a 40m2 terrace in local stone with breathtaking sea views. with a south-east exposure the house enjoys beautiful sunshine while being extremely well protected from the mistral. From the upper terrace, an external staircase leads to the lower floor. On the lower floor are the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The 2 front bedrooms have a sea view, one of which has direct access to the lower terrace and the pool.

The house is part of the village of Fourches, a classified concept whose houses are perfectly integrated into the landscape thanks to very strict architectural rules to be respected. The house is located in a private, classified and guarded site. The key words of this site and the location of this house are: calm, serenity and rejuvenation.
Its orientation gives it sunshine all day long and its location has the great advantage of being protected from the mistral. The house is located at the top of the estate which gives it a breathtaking view of the sea and the Golden Islands. The car can access it to load or unload luggage. There is a parking lot 100 meters away. The house is small, simple and functional. We have just refurbished it completely.
The house is built on two levels linked together by an external staircase.
It is protected from neighbors by adjoining walls and vegetation and there is no opposite.
The entrance is through the terrace which gives access to the upper level by a French window. The view from the terrace is spectacular and will be appreciated by lovers of beautiful sea views. It feels like on the upper deck of a boat with changing skies in beautiful colors in the morning and in the evening, palettes of blues that change with the seasons and the day with extraordinary lights, sunrises and sunsets at beautiful tones. On the upper level are the living / dining room, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The living room opens onto the large terrace (40m2) equipped with an outdoor table and a gas plancha. You reach the lower level by a staircase. On the lower level you will find the 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a covered terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. This room has direct access to the terrace and the pool through a glass door. The third bedroom is spacious and equipped with 2 twin beds that can be configured as a double bed. This room overlooks the covered terrace. The covered terrace opens onto an outdoor wooden terrace equipped with a pool (secured by an alarm) and a sunbathing beach with deckchairs. The view is also magnificent.
The lower terrace overlooks a small garden. The garden is not made to be accessible but is there for the pleasure of the eyes.
The domain is completely private and secure. Access is via a guard post with a badge or code. The domain is equipped with 8 tennis courts and 2 private beaches reserved for occupants of the domain.
In high season cad. from July 1 to September 15 there is a mini-market and a pizzeria in the area. There is also a beach restaurant as well as a nautical club. From the house there are magnificent walks which join the fort of Brégançon, the coastal path, the private beaches of the Estate, the beaches of Cabasson and the 'Estagnol ....
The domain's private beaches are a 20-minute walk away.
The charming village of Bormes-les-Mimosas which is among the most beautiful flowered villages in France with these small alleys full of charm is 20 minutes by car, just like the port of Bormes or the port of Lavandou.
From Lavandou you can take the shuttle to the islands and visit Port-Cros and Porquerolles.
The house is an ideal base if you want to discover the region and take beautiful walks along the coast.
It is also an ideal site for a quiet holiday even in high season.
