House in the private area of Gaou Bénat located 3 km from the port of Bormes les Mimosas: 24-hour guarded area with a private beach with restaurant and many nautical activities. The house is located in the historic village of Les Fourches and enjoys a 180 degree view due south from the Levant Island to the Porquerolles Island.
The house is 1 km from the domain's mini-market and 1. 3 km from the domain's private beach (5 minutes by car and beach parking).
The house has a plot of 400 m2 and consists of a main floor of 65 m2 and a studio with independent entrance of 25 m2. All windows overlook the sea on the south side. The main floor is air conditioned. All services and furniture were completely refurbished in early 2018.
A private swimming pool secured by alarm (6. 50mx3m), is located in the garden directly accessible by a small terrace.

Southern France Rental

We experienced pros and cons in this house. The pros were that the neighborhood is beautiful and safe. It is not walkable to any of the nearby towns. The view from the house is spectacular. This house would be a good choice for someone from France who can easily bring their own linens. The cons were that there was no WIFI even though it advertised that it had WIFI. We were notified before we got there that if we wanted bedding we would have to rent it for 20 euros. When we arrived it was folded on the bed- not made up. There were no towels in the entire house. When traveling from the US having to provide ones' own linens is really not practical. We were charged 100 euros cash for cleaning. There were no products in the house to be able to clean ourselves. I don't understand why price of cleaning isn't just included in the rental price. Having to pay cash at the end for bedding rental and cleaning is inconvenient.

Sur le site Homeaway, la case wifi n’est pas cochée, donc c’est effectivement qu’il n’est pas fourni !!! Cette locataire a du mal regarder ! Quand à la prestation draps et ménage, aucun des locataires français ou étrangers ne se sont plaints jusqu’à présent. Elles sont en supplément comme c’est l’usage sur le site et cela lui a été clairement précisé dans notre échange de mail. De plus, le fait d’avoir ces prestations en option, permet de diminuer le coût de la location pour ceux qui souhaitent l’effectuer eux-mêmes.

Wir hatten Ende September 2025 eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa . Alles war wie beschrieben - sogar noch besser ! Ausblick, Lage , Pool, Einrichtung , Sauberkeit , alles gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll . Absolut empfehlenswert ! Service und Kommunikation sehr gut - wir konnten problemlos einen Tag verlängern. Die Villa befindet sich in einer gesicherten privaten Anlage was ein gutes Gefühl gab. ( Lediglich sollte man darauf hingewiesen werden bei der ersten Einfahrt in die Anlage keinen " Badge" für 50,- zu kaufen - diesen bekommt man später vom Vermieter ) . Alles in allem auf jeden Fall 10 von 10 Punkten. Christine und Martin

Vue exceptionnelle

La maison est incroyable. Rénovée récemment, elle est très confortable et lumineuse. Mais surtout, la vue depuis la maison (grande baie vitrée dans le séjour) et la terrasse est magnifique. Les photos de l'annonce ne rendent pas aussi bien que la réalité. La vue est très dégagée, il y a une grande terrasse au niveau maison (protégée par une pergola bois). Il y a également une petite terrasse au niveau piscine. La piscine était chauffée fin avril, nous avons pu en profiter. Fin avril, la terrasse principale était ensoleillée jusqu'à 18h. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très aimable, et à notre écoute pour que nous soyons bien (il y a eu un couac à l'arrivée avec l'accès dans le lotissement sécurisé, mais il n'a tout de suite géré). Le seul bémol est le nettoyage. Il y avait beaucoup de toiles d'araignés et des petits vers noirs qui apparaissent dans la salle d'eau tous les jours (qui arrivent du siphon). Une fois que ce problème sera réglé, tout sera parfait.

Unser Aufenthalt

Die Location ist sehr schön. Nur!!! Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir ausgeraubt. Während wir unser Gepäck aus dem Auto holten ist ein Dieb in das Haus und hat dort schon abgestelltes Gepäck durchsucht und Wertgegenstände in Höhe von rund 1200€ entwendet. Keine Chance in zu fassen. Trotz Polizei. Ärgerlich war vor allem, dass sich später herausstellte, dass es kein Einzelfall war. Nur eine kurze Mitteilung im Vorfeld hätte uns viel Ärger und Frust erspart.

Le garage de la voiture n’étant pas situé dans la maison, il aurait été judicieux de fermer la maison avant d’aller chercher les valises!! D’autre part, les vols sont très exceptionnels dans le domaine ( nous habitons ici depuis 1999) et nous n’avions pas été informés qu’un voleur pourrait sévir. Nous regrettons ce vol exceptionnel qui a gâché votre séjour et entaché cet endroit, que tous les locataires qui ont séjourné ici, ont beaucoup aimé.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in herrlicher Lage - TOP!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus und werden sicher wiederkehren. Toll renoviert, super gepflegt und ausgestattet, und auch mit kleineren Kindern geeignet (Pool und Terrasse abgesichert etc.). Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Terrasse mit Pool und fast 180Grad-Meerblick sind nicht zu übertreffen. Wir kommen seit 20 Jahren immer wieder an die Côte d‘Azur, aber so eine hervorragende und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

une vue à tomber amoureux

Cette maison est merveilleusement nichée dans les collines du Cap Benat avec une vue imprenable plein sud sur l'Il d'Or. La terrasse et la piscine sont également orientées plein sud. Le salon a un auvent qui ombrage la table à manger sur la terrasse, il n'y a pas d'autres pare-soleil ou arbres sachant que les transats sont toujours exposés au soleil. La maison entièrement climatisée est bien meublée et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin en vacances. Les matelas sont relativement durs, ce qui nuit à un sommeil réparateur. Mais nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise ici et réserverions à nouveau la maison.

Belle maison avec une vue inoubliable

La maison se situe dans un domaine privé, très calme, avec une magnifique vue. La maison est rénovée et fonctionnelle. La piscine était bien chauffée à 27 degrés et très propre. Tout le nécessaire était présent dans la maison. La plancha au gaz en terrace était très bonne. M. B. sur place était aimbale et a tout expliqué. PS: la vue est plus belle que sur les photos de l'annonce. A refaire!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette villa et avons passé un très bon séjours. La maison est très bien situé dans un domaine privé au calme avec une vue magnifique sur les Iles d'Or. La maison est très bien équipé et très agréable, très belle végétation autour de la maison donnant l'impression de ne pas avoir de voisin. Nous y avons séjourné avec des enfants de 2, 4 et 7 ans et avons apprécié que les accès à la piscine soient fermé par un portillon. La piscine est très agréable également, chauffé et sécurisé par un volet. La literie est de bonne qualité. Nous remercions également la réactivité et la sympathie de Monsieur Briot qui face a un petit soucis de propreté à notre arrivé a su être très réactif et à notre écoute. Le propriétaire a été également très disponible pour répondre à nos différentes questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un futur séjour.

Urlaub September 2020

Zum wiederholten Male waren wir absolut begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und dem gigantischen Meerblick. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Den Pool mit Gegenstromanlage haben wir täglich genossen. Das Wetter hat sich den kompletten Aufenthalt von seiner besten Seite gezeigt. Von hier haben wir tolle Wanderungen unternommen, nach Cabasson oder zum Baie du Gau, immer mit Meerblick. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Super schönes Haus mit einer traumhaften Aussicht

Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Übergabe des Hauses hat super funktioniert. Das Haus war sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, wie zuhause :-) Die Küche ist sehr schön und voll ausgestattet, hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Betten waren ebenfalls neu und sehr bequem. Die Bäder haben ebenerdige Duschen und auch hier ebenfalls alles neu. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Es gab einen neuen Flachbildschirm und eine Musikanlage. Draußen gibt es eine Outdoor-küche mit Grill, einen großen Tisch mit Platz für 8 Person überdacht von einer elektrischen Markise und natürlich den schönen großen Pool der beheizt war. Die Aussicht vom Pool war wirklich wunderschön und Abends gibt es eine wunderschöne Beleuchtung am Haus und ebenfalls am Pool. Das Haus steht in einer Privat-Area und man kann nur durch eine Schranke einfahren, hier passt ein Sicherheitsmann auf das niemand unbefugtes das Gelände betritt. Somit eine sehr sichere Gegend und man muss sich keine Sorgen um sein Auto machen, Parkplätze sind auch vor Ort. Ebenfalls hat das Areal einen schönen Privatstrand der nie überlaufen war, einen Tennisplatz, Volleyballplatz, einen kleinen Einkaufsladen und eine Pizzabäcker. So ich hoffe wir haben nichts vergessen :-) es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub und ein wirklich schönes Haus in einer sehr schönen Umgebung, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder :-)
