Breathtaking views

Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful area with lovely views. The house is well laid out and lots of separate relaxing areas so you never feel on top of one another. One bedroom has a separate entrance which might not suit families with small children. Overall a perfect holiday and I would highly recommend!

Unexpected aditional costs

Villa and location fabulous, pool walls could be cleaner, had a visit from a snake and a mouse which frightened the ladies, on arrival an unexpected charge for linen and towels which had to be paid in cash, contacted the owner to be told it was clearly stated in the ‘ Abritel’ website, BUT we booked through Virbo , besides we would have easily brought our own linen as we travelled by car to avoid that huge cost. Virbo’s website information clearly stated that linen and towels were included in the overall cost.

Dear Derek, thank you for your kind message. If you read all the conditions on Abritel or Vrbo (wish is juste the same) in the "particular conditions" it is clearly mentioned that you have to give 200 euro on arrival for : -bed linen (all the beds are made on arrival) + towels for bath and towels for swimmingpool AND cleaning. I think 200 euro for all these services is not excessive. I'm very sorry if you didn't read all the conditions. The swimming pool is cleaned and checked every thirsday by a professional. I understand that the snake and mouse have frightened the ladies but this is "nature"... In conclusion and from what I know, you have spend a very nice hollidays in our villa. Hope to welcome you again.

Won’t be back

The view was beautiful. Problems with ants in kitchen- had to put all food in fridge - they had traps but wasn’t enough. Also creepy crawlers in bedroom. Furniture is outdoor wicker furniture- not comfortable. After leaving was accused of breaking their umbrella which wasn’t working upon our arrival. Beware - make sure the cleaner/maid who lets you in shows everything is working or they will try and bill you for something you didn’t do.

De kamers waren ruim en netjes, waardoor ik me meteen thuis voelde. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. De airconditioning werkte perfect, wat echt een pluspunt. Ook de keuken was goed uitgerust, ideaal om zelf maaltijden te bereiden. Kortom, een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfort en gastvrijheid!

Belle villa dans les hauteurs de Bormes avec une vue mer exceptionnelle dans un domaine privé et très calme. Tolle Ferienwoche

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus und haben es rundum genossen. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, mehrere Toiletten, Badezimmer. Einladendes, helles Wohnzimmer, zwei Terrassen. Den Pool haben wir fleißig genutzt, er war warm und wurde auch vomPoolboy gepflegt, der einmal die Woche kommt. Wir haben viele Ausflüge zu den tollen Stränden unternommen und können das Haus nur empfehlen! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!

Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschön

Wir waren 10 Tage dort und waren von Anfang an begeistert. 5 von 5 Sternen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Man sieht sowohl aus dem Bett, als auch von der riesigen Wohnzimmerschiebetür aufs Meer. Es gibt 2 Terrassen und ein Sonnendeck aus Bangkirai rings um den Pool. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin hatte dafür gesorgt, das der Pool aufgeheizt war, als wir eintrafen.

Einfach ein Traum!

Wir ( 2 befreundete Ehepaare) und ein Hund haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem wirklich tollen Haus verbracht, das noch besser ist, als es die Bilder zeigen. Top Ausstattung, sehr schöne Terrasse, fantastischer Pool mit schönem Pooldeck, tatsächlich bequeme Liegen mit sehr guten Auflagen und sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer! Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Blick auf das Meer ist spektakulär und wir haben schon selten so schön einen Vollmond genossen! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Auch noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Agentur für den einfachen Check-in und Check-out! Wir möchten auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für diese schöne Woche! Familie Pach

De trè bonnes vacances en famille

La propriété est très bien située sur les hauteurs donc vue sur mer. De grands espaces dans cette maison ce qui permet à chacun d'avoir sa place sans être les uns sur les autres... tous les équipements sont au top comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Nous y sommes allés juste après Noël, c'est génial car presque personne dans les rues et magasins. De plus, le temps nous a permis de prendre l'apéritif dehorsd sur la terrasse. Je recommande vivement cette location et y retournons. Merci pour l'accueil d'Aurélie...

Traumhafte Location und Ort

Die Lage, das Haus, die Einrichtung, der Außenpool, das Wetter und die sehr liebe Verwalterin haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Zwei Wochen am Stück hatten wir maximale Ruhe und obwohl das Ferienhaus an einer kleinen Straße gelegen ist, fuhren dort in der gesamten Zeit höchstens zehn Fahrzeuge vorbei. Im Sommer sollte man sich auf knackige Außentemperaturen einstellen, doch im Haus gibt es ausreichend Klimaanlagen, die sich prima bedienen lassen. Am Außenpool gibt es genügend massive Liegen, einen riesigen Sonnenschirm, bequeme Liegekissen und das Poolwasser ist angenehm warm und sehr sauber. Das große Hauptbett mit Traumausblick ist super bequem und schön breit, wohingegen die zwei zusammengeschobenen Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer eher etwas für schmale Menschen (oder Kinder) geeignet sind. Vielleicht ein kleiner Tipp für Urlauber*innen, die Wehwechen am Nacken oder Rücken haben: Das eigene Schlafkissen mitzubringen ist keine so schlechte Idee. Ein von zwei Badezimmern verfügt sogar über eine Wanne. Schränke für Kleidung sind ausreichend vorhanden und Kleiderbügel so viele, dass sogar der große schwedische Möbelhersteller vor Neid erblassen würde ;-). In den Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe passt sehr viel hinein, so dass sich ein Wocheneinkauf definitiv lohnt. Wichtig mitzubringen sind eigene gute bzw. scharfe Messer. Zwar gibt es Messer zu genüge, allerdings sind sie alle derart stumpf, so dass das Schneiden von Tomaten zur Herausforderung wird. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es unten im Ort genügend, ebenso Apotheken und alles, was man zum Leben so benötigt. Auf dem Hof können locker 2 Pkw's parken, vielleicht sogar auch 3. Der TV empfängt via Schüssel viele ausländische Programme, darunter auch deutsche. Die WLan-Verbindung funktioniert sogar bis zum Außenpool. Einen obligatorischen Sterneabzug gibt es in Punkto Funktionalität diverser Alltagsgegenstände, welche erheblich in die Jahre gekommen sind, teilweise nicht mehr funktionieren bspw. Dunstabzugshaube, ramponierter verrosteter Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen welches lediglich nur noch wärmt, anstatt heiß zu werden, einige Lampen, Toaster-Hebel welche herausfallen, äußerst schwer zu schließende Tür des Abfallschrank's (Mechanismus ist komplett kaputt) und Geschirrspülmaschine die trotz gespültem Geschirr so gar keine Kraft mehr hat (sie musste immer 2 x hintereinander laufen). Wir haben alle Augen zugedrückt und unseren Urlaub dennoch vollumfänglich genossen. Es war einzigartig! Danke :-)

Très jolie maison

Nous avons passé quelques très belles journées dans la maison. Comme c‘était début avril, la propriétaire a tout fait pour que la piscine soit chauffée à notre arrivée. La maison était très propre et l‘accueil très chaleureux. La maison est très bien équipée et on a une vue extraordinaire sur Bormes et sur la mer. Un séjour parfait et sûrement pas le dernier dans cette maison.

Magnifique

Très belle maison avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Tout y est, on s'y sent attendu. Grand espace avec piscine chauffée, très agréable pour nous qui y sommes allés au mois d'octobre. Il n'y a rien à dire et nous y retournerons volontiers.
