The modern villa (2014) offers 2 beautiful terraces (100m²), garden and at the backside of the house a "boule"place and a swimming pool with a rolo-deck secure cover.
On the ground floor, a large living room with fully equiped kitchen and 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom + 1 shower and separate toilet. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer a sea view. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
It is a 7 min. walk to the village center (shops, restaurants, market on Friday). Walking access to the sea (12min). There are several beaches in the neighbourhood, le grand blue, the canadel beach and pramousquier, and a visit to the botanical gardens RAYOL is highly recommanded. Also walks in the Massif des Maures is very nearby.
It is 10 min. drive to Cavalaire Carrefour supermarket and 15 min. drive to le Lavandou with several supermarkets. Saint-Tropez is at 28 KM.
You will be welcomed by a multi langual couple who will show and explain the house to you. They will hand over the keys to you. They are always availible in case of questions/problems. They live in the neighbourhood. They will be there at the check-out.
It is possibility to rent the house next door (same characteristics) for large families (Total 20 persons).
So they are 2 houses attached to eachother but it is not disturbing.

An absolutely fantastic house with the most amazingly beautiful views.

My family ( parents, two sisters and their families and my husband and myself) just spent 2 wonderful weeks in this villa and wish we could have stayed. It is an amazing house, well designed, extremely clean, very well equipped ( except for dull knives), bright and functional, modern and yet with a lot of atmosphere. We have nothing but praise for the outdoor facilities too. The beautiful pool and the two large decks where we lived except when we slept, the flowers and trees very beautifully kept. Wonderful to have a lot of fridge space and the barbecue too. We were exceptionally well cared for by the couple who received us and stayed in close touch throughout our stay. They were very quick to answer question and provide the aid and assistance needed at a moment’s notice. We felt very welcome and safe and very well cared for throughout our stay and for that reason alone we are very pleased to recommend this beautiful place to friends and family. We hope very much to return as soon as possible.

Un séjour idyllique dans un lieu magique !Nous avons passé 10 jours exceptionnels dans cette magnifique maison contemporaine, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Tout est pensé pour le confort des vacanciers : la maison est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût.L’extérieur est tout simplement extraordinaire : une vue imprenable sur la mer, l’île du Levant et porcros, plusieurs terrasses idéales pour profiter du paysage, une piscine chauffée très agréable et un jardin joliment aménagé.L’environnement est calme, parfait pour se ressourcer, tout en restant proche des commodités. Les commerçants locaux sont adorables, et la plage du Rayol est superbe.En résumé, un lieu magique que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub

Eine tolle Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick und allem was man benötigt! Ein Bäcker, Metzger und kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch zum Strand kann man zu Fuß laufen. Sehr nette Vermieter und eine reibungslose Übergabe. Das angrenzende Haus stört überhaupt nicht, man lebt komplett für sich alleine auf seiner Seite. Wir kommen wieder....!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war beheizt, so dass es nie zu kalt zum Baden war. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können die Villa voll empfehlen. Die Bilder des Inserats entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Viel Liebe zum Detail steckt im Hause. Sehr gute Lage für alle Ausflugsziele. Einfach nur traumhaft. Dankeschön.

Séjour de rêve dans une villa de rêve

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette magnifique villa avec une vue époustouflante. Même si la météo n'a pas toujours été favorable nous avons pu profiter de la vue sur mer depuis le séjour. L'accès à la plage de Rayol peut se faire à pied pour les plus sportifs. Il y a également un service de navette gratuite. J'avoue que l'on a peu envie de quitter la villa. La piscine a ravie les petits et les grands, le terrain de pétanque également. Si je peux y retourner, se sera avec le plus grand plaisir. Merci aux hôtes avec qui j'ai eu de très sympathiques contacts.

Alles perfekt! Tolle Vermieter, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Haus in traumhafter Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Perfekter Urlaub an der Côte d’Azur abseits der Touristen-Ströme aber trotzdem mittendrin. Danke, dass wir dieses Haus benutzen dürfen.

Sehr schönes Haus an toller Aussichtslage

Tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, super Aussichtslage, sehr netter Vermieter, unkomplizierter und netter Empfang durch Mathieu. Wir waren mit 6 Personen da, was sehr komfortabel war mit der Grösse des Hauses. Das Haus hat aber bis zu 12 Betten. 4 Doppelzimmer und 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und 1 Stockbett. Man kann gut zu Fuss ins Dorf oder ans Meer laufen. Im Dorf hat es eine Bäckerei, Metzgerei und einen kleinen Laden wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf kaufen kann. Grössere Geschäfte und Flaniermeilen erreicht man mit dem Auto. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Maison magnifique avec des équipements haut de gamme. Rien ne manque.Quant à la vue... Sublime.

La villa, située sur les hauteurs du Rayol est proche de tous les commerces de proximité. Un plus en pleine saison... Une fois installés, vous n’avez qu’une envie : ne plus bouger de cet endroit idyllique ! Bravo à Marianne et Marcel pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Bravo aux heureux propriétaires qui ont mis tout leur cœur dans cette villa où on se sent chez soi. Qu’une envie : y revenir !

Maison de rêve

Avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison qui est superbe. Très bon accueil de Marianne et Marcel. Il ne manque rien au niveau équipement. La vue est juste grandiose, la piscine privée est très appréciable. Le village est proche, notre vélo électrique était bien apprécié pour les petites courses . Nous espérons y retourner.

Traumhafte Lage - tolles, modernes Haus - freundliche Vermieter

Ein tolles Anwesen, bei welchem alles rundum passt. Die traumhafte Lage über der Küste mit Blick auf Meer und Inseln - einfach klasse. Das Haus ist modern, mit allem was man benötigt, eingerichtet und alles in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Ein toller, liebevoll angelegter Garten mit mediterraner Bepflanzung und schönem Pool mit gigantischer Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt uns sind nur ungern wieder ausgezogen ;-) - daher kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder :-) Die Betreuung durch Marianne und Marcel ist vorbildlich. Sie sind hilfsbereit, freundlich und für alle Auskünfte zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Besser kann es nicht sein! Glückwunsch an die Besitzer zu diesem einzigartigen flecken Erde.

Außergewöhnliche Tage in wunderschönem Feriendomizil

Nun bereits unser zweiter Familienaufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Domizil - und wir waren hoffentlich nicht das letzte mal zu Gast. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unbeschreiblich, das Ferienhaus außergewöhnlich hochwertig und praktisch konzipiert und eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden Minute hier erneut genossen. Fantastique!

Au calme, proche des commerces et des plages, cette villa d’architecte a été très bien conçue, décorée avec goût. Bravo aux propriétaires. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et très soignés. La vue est juste INCROYABLE! Le rêve... Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons été très bien accueillis. Un grand merci à Marianne et à son époux pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Superbe Séjour ! Vue incroyable sur la mer !

Très bonne expérience. A refaire et à recommander ! La villa est superbe et la vue incroyable ! Il n’y a que les moustiques qui nous ont un peu dérangés. Et seul petit inconvénient, la lumière qui passe à travers les rideaux dans les chambres. Que de bons souvenirs 😍
