Lovely stay

A brilliant holiday in a lovely area. House was perfect for a group of 11 in our 20s. Pool is massive, bedrooms all have aircon which is great. Ample space for us all and great amenities. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Well equipped spacious house with splendid view

We had a great time, the house is very spacious with 6 bedrooms, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrasse with pool, enough chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas as well. The pool is heated, but the real asset of the house is the splendid view over the coast and Cavalaire. We would like to come back.

Just perfect

Surpassed expectations. 2 spacious apartments. Incredible views. Large pool. Well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. We did walk back from the town once and it was fine for fit afults and older children...but really you need a car to make the most of the surrounding area and facilities. 5 mins drive to large supermarket and a number of lovely beaches. Good selection of local bars n restaurants. Great BBQ.

Beautiful Villa!

We rented this beautiful whole villa last two weeks of July 2014. The villa is spacious,very bright and cosy. It's in a calm airea,but yet very near the centre of Cavalaire and the beach! Nearest supermarket is only 5 min. The vieuw and the pool are fantastic! The vieuw is even better then the pictures show! The house is very well equipped,everything we needed was there. The airco is a surplus in the warm summer months! The owners are very helpfull,even with the smallest problem they react immediatelly. We had a great vacation in this beautiful house,and would surely recommend it! Thank you! Best wishes from Belgium

Séjour superbe , nous nous sommes garés à l'extérieur au bord de la route , c'était plus simple .Les chambres étaient très propres ,comme toute la maison .la piscine était propre et très agréable ,un petit bémol pour la ligne de surface qui a été nettoyée le jour de notre départ !...nous reviendrons volontiers à la villa Tropique !

Tout etait excellent !!! quand nous sommes arrivés la maison était chaude et quelle vue époustouflante!!! le menage parfait. Nous avons passé un très bon Noël en famille dans cette maison.Elle est très bien agencée, spacieuse et bien équipée, ce qui a permis aux petits comme aux grands de s’y sentir à l’aise. La décoration, le confort et la vue ont contribué à la qualité du séjour.Tout était conforme à l’annonce et a répondu à nos attentes.Une adresse que nous allons conserver sans hésiter.

Mega Ausblick mit kleinen Macken

Wir haben den Urlaub grundsätzlich genossen. Leider gibt es einige kleine Macken zu einer höheren Wertung. So war die Klimaanlage (gleichzeitig Heizung) im Erdgeschoss extrem laut. Die Ausstattung war zum Teil nicht vollständig und die Immobilie ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ausblick war phänomenal und das Wetter hat uns für die Kleinigkeiten entschädigt. Die Kommunikation war grundsätzlich sehr gut und detailliert.

Aussergewöhnlich

Ein schönes Haus mit außergewöhnlicher Aussicht in der Nähe zum Ort Cavalaire-sur-Mer und zu den Stränden. Wer es sportlich will, kann alles zu Fuß machen (2 km bin in den Ort), alle anderen benötigen Auto oder E-Bike. Der Garten bietet Möglichkeiten für jedes Wetter und besticht durch den Pool. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Bemol: Für die Schlüsselübergabe/Check-in wünsche ich mir etwas mehr Klarheit.

Familienurlaub an der Cote D"Azur

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und vor allem die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn es eine Kleinigkeit zu bemängeln gibt, dann nur die Stühle draußen, die etwas unbequem sind. Pool und Aussicht sind fantastisch.

Das Haus war wunderschön. Sehr schöne Lage. Da das ganze Grundstück vollständig umzäunt war auch perfekt für Kinder und unseren Hund. Leider hatten wir diese Jahr etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und der Pool war daher wenig nutzbar. C‘est la vie. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn vakantiehuis
