Come and discover Azurview, beautiful Provencal house of 175m ², on a fully enclosed land of 1200m ², facing south with a breathtaking view of the bay of Saint-Tropez.

It is rare to be able to enjoy such a splendid view of the sea from all the rooms of the house (living room and 4 out of the 5 bedrooms), the terraces, the garden and the swimming pool. At any time of the day, from the house or the garden, you will enjoy watching the sea, the sailboats and the fishing boats as well as the sunset.

Located in a quiet and landscaped area, less than 10 'walk from the coves and beaches and 2 km from the tourist heart of Issambres, our villa is ideal to spend memorable holidays with friends or family, while maintaining its independence and his intimacy.

The rental includes 5 bedrooms, all exposed South (except the Tropezienne exposed East in the greenery), 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 4 toilets .
The house is composed of 2 independent levels, systematically rented to the same family (in no case, you will have to share the villa or pool with another family).
The main level includes a living room, an open kitchen, a south facing terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets.
The garden level includes a games room with a table soccer, an open kitchen, a south facing terrace overlooking the garden and 2 master bedrooms (with shower room or bathroom and toilet).
All the living rooms and bedrooms have French windows with access to the terrace and have an exceptional sea view (except for the Tropézienne bedroom, which is exposed to the East and immersed in the greenery).
The air conditioning at the upper level and the fans in the lower part allow to keep all its freshness at home. The wifi is present throughout the house.

The mosaic swimming-pool of 11 x 5m (depth of 0.50m to 2.50m) is exposed full South, and faces the sea. It is heated, for the intermediate periods and if the outside temperature allows it, thanks to a heat pump. It is secured by an audible alarm and barriers to protect children.

The Mediterranean garden includes a very beautiful vegetation with many trees and shrubs (palm, mimosa, oleander, grapefruit, kumquat, vine stock, etc.) and is, like many houses in Issambres, quite steep.
We have just renovated all the exteriors in order to enjoy the garden even more because the always beautiful weather encourages us to spend most of our vacation there.

The property is secured with an electric gate.
You can park 2 cars in the garden (also with easy parking in the street, in front of the house).

All bedrooms are customized and include :
- Provençale: with a large bed of 1,80m x 2m
- Savannah: with a large bed of 1,60m x 2m
- Nymphs: with a large bed 1.60m x 2m
- Azureenne: with an extra large bed of 1,60m x 2m
- Tropezienne : with 1 bed of 1,40m x 1,90m.

You will appreciate our cozy, new, hotel-quality beds and memory pillows that guarantee you a deep and comfortable sleep. The bedding is new in all rooms.
All the furniture in this house, which we bought in the summer of 2017, is completely new.
It is particularly well equipped, with 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, nice quality dishes in large quantities, a plancha and a barbecue / plancha, 10 sunbaths, 1 garden furniture, 2 outdoor tables (one for 10 people, the other for 12 people) and one indoor table for 10 people.
We leave available, against good care, many books in English and French, as well as board games.

A team of professionals (gardener, piscinist and maintenance) takes care of the villa, throughout the year. A specialist comes to clean the pool twice a week in season (once a week in low season) to guarantee impeccable water: you will not have to take care of it, just enjoy it!

You will be welcomed by our local contact who will do everything to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
She will give you the keys, introduce you to the house, give you a complete tour of the owner's house and explain the operation of the various equipment.
If you wish, we can provide you with bathroom and bed linen for a fee (you will find more information in the contract). If you choose this option, our VIP service allows you to have beds made up on arrival, which is very pleasant after a long journey. You will only have to prick a head into the pool !

It is necessary to add to the rental rate the amount of € 250 for the end-of-stay cleaning, which is mandatory to ensure a house in perfect condition for the following tenants. This amount will be paid directly upon arrival in the house, to the person who will welcome you.

A digital welcome booklet will be sent to you before your stay, with all the useful information about the house, its environment and the many activities in the region, so that you can easily plan your holidays and start preparing them.
